I am returning guest and I would come again.
Pros:

We had a wonderful room with a big terrace and a sea view.
Location is great on a quiet street, but within a few min to a city center.
Breakfast was included and was quite good.
It was very quiet this time.
There is an elevator.
Room looks very stylish and new.
I would definitely return.

Overall, the room was far below what I expected and certainly not worth the price.
Cons:

The room was awful. It felt like sleeping in a garage rather than staying in a proper hotel room. The space was extremely small, barely larger than a parking space. To make matters worse, the room was on the ground floor, with the window facing directly onto the street. There was virtually no privacy, and having cars and people right outside the window made the room feel more like a converted parking facility than accommodation.
