Great location and amazing staff
Pros:

The reception and restaurant staff were amazing... super friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was plentiful, and you can't beat the location! It's right next to the main train station, making it just a 15-minute trip to the airport and 50 minutes to Bratislava. Plus, there are some great restaurants and a mini-market nearby.

The house cleaning lady did not do the cleaning properly the bed was a mess when we returned in the evening. We asked her to change the pillow cover. She did this for 2 pillows and when changing those linens my daughets white top which was lying on the bed got mixed up with the laundry never to be found again. We reported this to the front desk but it was lost. Such unproffesional house keeping is not expected from a brand like Novotel.
