Pros:

フロントの若いスタッフがフレンドリーで良かった。
快適で清潔なベッド、大きくて見やすい鏡があり、ウィーン中央駅を見下ろす景色もアクセスも最高でした。
ミニバーやスリッパがサービスなのも良かったです。着心地の良いバスローブと、スチーマーも置いてありました。

Cons:

良くなかった点というのは特に見当たりませんが、宿泊費がもう少し安ければ満足度がさらに高かったかもしれません。

Top Spot for the train
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. A clasp on my hiking sack snapped, and I was recommended to an excellent shop. The building is very clean & quiet, even though you are literally right next to the train station.

Good location
Pros:

Good location near train station. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

There was a split between the glass doors of the shower, so when it was uses, the floor became totally wet. Not a good experience after each shower.

Excellent location, but poor cleanliness, cramped room and disappointing service made the stay poor
Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent, with easy access to buses and trains just a few minutes’ walk away. The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The room was very cramped, and the carpet was dirty. The bathroom door lock did not work properly, even after we reported it. There was also a lot of dust and unusual buildup in the bathroom ventilation, which raised concerns about cleanliness, especially as we were travelling with young children.

The service was disappointing too. When I asked a staff member to toast some bread, she made a face and walked away, which felt dismissive. At SEK 5,000 for two nights, the stay did not feel worth the money. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

First impressions say a lot, and we weren’t disappointed.
Pros:

When travelling I always am on the lookout for a hotel near the railway station. I wasn’t disappointed. On arrival I explained we needed an extra night, the receptionist was most helpful and reassuring as the day of arrival wasn’t booked. We did get a room and it was arranged to be used for the second night. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a right good treat. Plenty to eat from a wide selection. On departure it was handy to see a screen giving the departure times of trains.

Cons:

Very little. More teabags and milk in the room. But then I guess we could have asked.
