Very conveniently located just outside station, very friendly staff (especially the two waiters in the restaurant), nice gym with fantastic view, comfy beds. And good checkout time.

Pros:

①駅から近い
朝8：00過ぎにウィーンHBF駅に到着しました。出口を間違えなければ駅の建物からホテルまでは、信号を渡って数十メートル。3分以内でロビーに到着できます。チェックアウトのピークの時間ではなかったこともあり、スムーズにチェックインの手続きと大きな荷物を預かっていただけました。大手ホテル、ロビーにはくつろげるスペースや荷物を整理するスペースが十分あります。

②駅ビル直通の建物には大きなスーパー
物価の高いウィーン。駅地下1階にあるスーパーBILLA PLUSで地元のビールを買って帰ることができます。

③シャンプーとコンディショナー完備
荷物を軽く済ませたいのでありがたかったです。ドライヤーが、壁に備え付けのものではなく、移動してベッドに座りながらできたのも地味に嬉しいです。

Cons:

①客室清掃が行き届いていない。
備え付けのマグカップを初日の晩に利用しました。綺麗に洗浄してくれると思っていましたが、二日目の夕方部屋に戻った時にはそのままでした。

②冷蔵庫がない。
本来冷蔵庫が置かれているであろうキャビネットには、水道水を汲んでおけるカラフェが置いてあるのみ。まさか、冷蔵庫がないとは思わず、スーパーで購入した冷たい飲み物を冷やしておきたかったので、残念です。
