Knowledgeable guide, good staff and excellent experience.

Excellent service within the remote set up.

Cons:

Very loud group staying up post mid night during the camping night- there must be rules for silent period during camping. Almost ruined the experience.

Abbiamo soggiornato soltanto la notte prima e la notte dopo l'escursione in Amazzonia. È comodo come punto di appoggio per raggiungere velocemente l'aeroporto.

Cons:

La struttura ha cancellato la prenotazione senza un chiaro motivo prima del mio arrivo e non è stato semplicissimo comunicare con loro per ripristinarla. Lo staff è molto lento (probabilmente a causa del sistema informatico), e ci abbiamo messo moltissimo tempo per fare check-in e per comprare qualcosa al piccolo minimarket interno. Nonostante avessimo una camera da 3 persone, non erano presenti le lenzuola e l'asciugamano per il terzo letto, e anche dopo averle richieste non ci sono state fornite. La camera è molto piccola e la pulizia lasciava un po' a desiderare.

Pros:

Cheguei pela madrugada e conseguir fazer o check-in em tempo razoável, precisei alterar o número de estadias e tudo ocorreu bem, o pagamento é feito direto com a recepção. O Quarto é confortável e limpo, o café da manhã tem bastante variedade, inclusive sucos e frutas. Vale a pena pelo custo benefício.

A localização do hotel, em uma importante avenida e com fácil acesso a três Shoppings Centers foi extremamente adequada, uma vez que pude ir à pé até eles. Os funcionários muito simpáticos e cordiais,
