Pretty new, comfortable and standard rooms
The room is a bit small, and the bedsheet often slips from the mattress

O quarto e banheiro muito pequeno. Já fui em outros Íbis em Manaus que o quarto era bem mais confortável e amplo.

No refrigerator
Solicitei um berço no momento da reserva, porém, quando chegamos ao hotel, o berço não estava disponível no quarto. Foi necessário que a equipe verificasse se havia algum disponível, já que o hotel possui apenas um.
Quando finalmente levaram o berço ao quarto, percebemos que era o modelo “cobed”, normalmente indicado para bebês de 0 a 6 meses ou até o momento em que começam a sentar, rolar e ficar em pé. Meu bebê já faz todas essas coisas, portanto, o modelo não é adequado nem seguro para a idade dele.
Além disso, considero absurdo um hotel que recebe famílias não ter ao menos um berço portátil adequado. Um berço desse tipo custa em torno de R$ 400, e seria um investimento básico para oferecer mais segurança e conforto aos hóspedes.
Para piorar, o quarto em que fomos acomodados é muito pequeno para comportar dois adultos, uma criança e um berço. Mal conseguíamos nos movimentar sem esbarrar nos móveis ou em outros objetos.
Diante disso, precisei recorrer a uma amiga que mora na cidade para conseguir um berço portátil emprestado. Foi uma situação extremamente inconveniente e que poderia ter sido evitada com uma estrutura adequada por parte do hotel.
