Ótimo custo-benefício, alguns pontos a melhorar, principalmente a limpeza.
Pros:

Cama confortável com travesseiros macios, coisa rara na maioria dos hotéis. Sistema de menos plástico mais água, com máquina para encher a garrafinha de graça. Sustentabilidade e economia para os hóspedes.

Cons:

O hotel não conta com serviço de quarto nem com restaurante, obrigando o hóspede a se alimentar fora. Segundo ponto negativo, havia muitas baratinhas (francesinha) no quarto, principalmente no banheiro.

Banheiro minúsculo, com mau cheiro.
Impossível duas pessoas no mesmo quarto e uma usando o banheiro.
Porta de vidro de onde toma banho, parecendo motel. Não serve para famílias.

Localização. Preço. O café tem custo adicional de 40 reais, mas é fraco, poucas opções. Estacionamento excelente a um custo de 40 reais a diária.

Cons:

Entendo ser econômico, mas o quarto mal dava pra andar e banheiro apertadíssimo, alguém maior pode nem caber. Bem silêncio mas o corredor sempre tinha odor desagradável, o quarto estava cheiroso. Só um funcionário foi arrogante, os demais foram bem legais.
