Pros:

Já me hospedo faz muito tempo nesse hotel. Mas dessa vez os colaboradores da recepção, foram ótimos. Graças a Deus, mudaram a equipe. Antes era uma galera muito mal educada. Penso que diante de tantas reclamações, a gerência acordou e selecionou e treinou melhor os seus colaboradores. Agora sim !

Pros:

Café da manhã, toalhas sempre limpas no quarto, adorei o chuveiro quente especialmente porque pegamos muito frio. Chá sendo servido com limão sempre no saguão. O silêncio a noite era muito bom para dormir.
