Hrôza. Neodporúčam.
Pros:

Nie. Nebola na raňajkách žiadna! zelenina. A 12.10. nebol ani chlieb.

Cons:

Tlak vody. Tlak vody bol maximálne 0,5 atmosféry. V skrini boli len 2 vešiaky a v izbe žiadne vešiaky.

Mi experiencia con el trato recibido por parte de Alan Benítez fue bastante desagradable. Soy cliente habitual del hotel y habré estado alojado unas 10-15 veces aproximadamente, por lo que me sorprendió especialmente recibir este tipo de trato.

Durante mi estancia tuvo varias actitudes hacia mí que considero poco profesionales e irrespetuosas: se reía, ponía malas caras y llegó a hacer comentarios o hablar a mis espaldas. En varias ocasiones se burlaba de mí incluso cuando yo ni siquiera estaba hablando con él.

Entiendo que puede haber situaciones en las que no se pueda atender una petición del cliente, pero considero que las formas y el respeto son fundamentales. La actitud que recibí me hizo sentir incómodo durante mi estancia y me dejó una muy mala impresión, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que era un cliente frecuente del hotel.

Die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals war sehr zuvorkommend. Alles was man braucht, liegt in der Nähe des Hotels. Das Frühstück hat eine große Auswahl.

Cons:

Der Geruch vom Teppich im Flur in Richtung Zimmer war etwas muffig. Ansonsten alles top!

Malas intaciones de ducha y poco precion de agua
Pros:

La habitacion es amplio y limpio ademas es cerca a moll Mariscal ,tiene un bar separado del hotel y un cafeteria independiente lo cual sirve para hacer negocios y reuniones de trabajo.

Cons:

El desayuno se ve muy simple y podria decir pobre para un hotel de 5 estrella . Ademas yo leeí las opiniones de la gente que cejaban de agua caliente de la ducha y efectivamente tiene problema hotel de precion de agua de la ducha .es pesimo no se puede duchar y en cuando reclame recepcionista me indico que alparecer la tanque de agua tenia problema y que ya esta bien pero quereo que ví en sus ojos que esta mentiendo y los otros dias la precion de agua seguio igual de mal y no se regulo .yo no lo quereí a los comentarios y reserve en este hotel , se me preguntan si reservare otra vez ,dira que no porque no quereo que este problema se va arreglar . Con ese precio puedes conseguir mejor que este obcion .
