沒有電梯，沒有提供餐點，以地點來說偏郊區，想要晚上有夜生活的，這裡不適合，喜歡安靜的，這裡不錯～

社區內有一間外燴燒烤，社區外有評價不錯的熱炒店，早午餐店；便利商店有美廉社,小7等，１樓有公用的冰箱，冰箱裏面有提供瓶裝水，飲料等～
