Clean quiet and comfortable hotel near Braşov town centre and park.
Pros:

Close to main town- quiet at night- comfortable bed and welcoming staff- lovely breakfast with lots of choices and great view.

קבלת הפנים הייתה מקסימה הגברת בקבלה היתה שרותית מאוד ונחמדה החדר גדול ומרווח עם מרפסת נחמדה היה נקי ומסודר מכונת קפה + בקבוקי מים ללא חיוב ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצויינת טעימה

חיסרון גדול מאוד הוא הנגישות החניה נמצאת בחלק העליון ואין גישה ללא מדרגות רבות אשר צריך ללכת עם המזוודות במדרגות וגם כשנכנסים לתוך המלון יש מדרגות נוספות כדי להגיע למעלית, בחדר המקלחת יש רק אמבטיה צרה ולא נוחה ללא זכוכית או וילון מה שמשפריץ על החדר עצמו. כשיוצאים מהמלוי יש מדרגות המובילות ישירות לכביש סואן ומסוכן ממש

Enjoyable stay.
Pros:

A very pleasant hotel with tasteful and welcoming interior design. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Overall, a lovely experience!

Cons:

The only downside was the parking area, which is extremely inconvenient. When the parking lot is full, getting your car in or out requires the skills of a Formula 1 driver, the precision of an airline pilot, and perhaps a little divine intervention! Definitely not for the faint-hearted or inexperienced drivers! 😄

חדרים יפים, נוחים ומרווחים, ארוחת בוקר טובה, מיקום טוב.

Cons:

מהחנייה למלון יש מעל ל 30 מדרגות. היינו עם בני 80+ והרבה מזוודות. יש מעבר לצוות מהחניה ישירות למלון, ללא מדרגות. ביקשנו להעביר רק את המזוודות במעבר, לא אפשרו לנו. ביקשנו עזרה עם המזוודות, אמרו שאין מה לעשות ואפילו לא טרחו לשלוח עובד לעזור. נאלצנו, עם אנשים בני 80+ להוריד ולעלות מזוודות את כל המדרגות. שירות גרוע ומאוד לא מכבד.
