Sehr schöne Zimmer und tolles freundliches Personal . Vielen Dank an Christian , Mateo und Qusman. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr günstig im Bereich des Stadtzentrum und in der Nähe des Bahnhofs.

Pros:

Close to train station. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We got the offer of a free welcome drink in the bar at arrival and they also offered to leave out bags in the reception the next day while we explored Florence which was very nice.

Cons:

Even though location was close to the train station I have to say it was a bit of a rougher area, we didn't feel completely safe walking there at night. Air conditioning was not working very well so that's something to keep in mind if booking in summer as it gets very hot. The bathtub was a bit blocked so it didnt drain the water properly while showering.

Pros:

The hotel is very close to the Central Station, making transportation very convenient. The room was clean and quiet, and the relatively small size is understandable for a city center location. Matteo and Christian at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early, and it was very convenient to store our luggage before heading out to explore.

服務人員Ousman人非常好，個人評價是好的，前後有協助訂餐廳與協助叫車 希望前面提到的缺點可以改善，尤其是毛巾跟床單的部分，可以的話建議直接定期換新

地點非常方便，車站出來走路3-5分鐘就到，旁邊有牛排館過馬路就到
價格就見仁見智，畢竟這區的住宿本身就比較貴，要有冷氣就只能選飯店

Cons:

浴巾與床單有臭臭的異味、房間有奇怪的香水味、回飯店路上因為經過車站人員比較複雜、房間的隔音不是很好、浴室的蓮蓬頭花灑水壓怪怪的

Pros:

We arrived to a warm welcome from night concierge Julanic at .midnight. room impeccable. Lift essential for me. Location near airport tram stopfor main railway station. Early morning walk to Duomo then back for superb breakfast before checking out at 11 for train to Arezzo. Perfect. Helpful service from the whole team
