A amabilidade e a eficiência dos funcionários Goli e Matteo no check-in e no check-out. Chegámos de manhã e fizemos logo o check-up-in, foi muito agradável termos o quarto logo disponível e ainda nos ofereceram um café e uma fatia de bolo no bar enquanto verificavam que o quarto estava pronto.
A localização é ótima. O quarto espaçoso e confortável, bem equipado.

Очень близко к главному вокзалу, также близко до площади Монтелунго , откуда отходят автобусы в аутлет, также близко к туристическим местам .
Мне предложили welcome drink при заселении. После выселения , я смогла оставить чемоданы и вечером выпить коктейль в их баре , в ожидании поезда

Cons:

У меня не работал кран холодной воды , приходилось мыть руки в ванной . Больше особых замечаний нет .

Matteo at the front desk was amazing during check in! Even though we got to the hotel at 12:00am, he was very attentive and took the time “show us around the city” on a map. The rest of the team was also very helpful throughout our stay, they helped us book a tour to Cinque Terre!

Sehr freundlich, sauber, gute Lage
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und warm von Ousman und Christian empfangen. Wir waren weit vor der Check-in Zeit vor Ort und es wurde alles möglich gemacht, damit wir schon ein Zimmer bekommen. Zum Abschied gab es ein kleines Geschenk, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral.
