Das Personal war super freundlich. Am Empfang haben uns Golnaz und Christian sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns bei allen Fragen super weitergeholfen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und komfortabel. Die Lage ist zentral und man ist schnell in der Altstadt um alles sehenswerte sofort anzuschauen. Trotz des Bahnhofs in der Nähe war es im Zimmer total ruhig.

We had a wonderful stay at C Hotels Joy! From the very beginning to the end, everything was perfect. The hotel is lovely, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
A very special thank you to Christian and Ousman, who were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. They were incredibly kind, helpful, attentive, and always made us feel genuinely welcomed. Their hospitality truly made our experience even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay here. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was also very convenient. Everything we needed was well prepared, which made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.

Close to train station, breakfast & amazing cappuccino’s. Staff was very accommodating especially Ousman, let us keep luggage in safe area while we attended mass @ check out & when we arrived early so we could explore Florence.

I had a wonderful stay! The location and hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. All the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Daniele, who was incredibly kind and helpful during my stay. He helped me a lot during my stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Florence!
Handy location for the airport/departing train the next morning, great staff, so friendly. Breakfast was great.
