I was surprised with the newer/renovated structures, I was expecting the standard older Canadian hotel from the north.
Great location for Kitimat
It was all wonderful
Friendly, clean and well appointed for its location. Delicious muffins and full coffee set-up are nice touches. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Didn't have and issue
Room was very well equipped and clean. I stayed for six nights on business and found it's location in the city center to be very convenient. There are a few restaurants immediately surrounding the hotel, and a big grocery store around the corner. The room was very large and I appreciated having access to coffee/tea not only in my room, but also downstairs. Staff was very nice.

Made arrangements for a very late arrival and a late checkout the day before.
Arrived to find out they had cancelled my reservation 30mins prior to my arrival.
Checkout was not good either they wanted to charge me a whole extra night just to get an extra hour on check out.
Not very helpful staff.
