Nice Hotel But Completely Let Down By Staff
Pros:

Stayed here for two nights on a business trip. Well appointed room with comfy bed. Great gym with 24 hour access. Competely let down by staff and every interaction with staff was poor. Waited for ages at bar to get served, not all items provided on room service tray, towels taken by housekeeping and not replaced, toiletries not replaced when used, room service losing online order but order turned up late. Just really sloppy. Staff really need to up their game. Hotel good to stay at provided you don’t need any interaction with staff.

Clean and nice bathroom

Cons:

Booked double bed room long time ago but few days before informed over booking and the room is unavailable, compensated with free parking and arranged a rollover bed

Great location for a nice stay in the city
Pros:

Location was great, the bar staff in 1851 were lovely and food was good

Cons:

Few things missed in our room clean from previous guests (eye contacts on the floor, eyelashes stuck to the vanity and hair on the cushion)
