Good property; need to improve on service.
Pros:

We like the hotel location right in the center of town, close to the Margaret Mahy playground and Victoria Square. They gave us a free upgrade to a junior suite because the room category we booked wasn’t available. Room and beddings were comfortable.

Cons:

Check in process was slower compared to other hotels or motels we had stayed in. Besides, there were 2 bottles of shampoo provided in our shower, and no shower gel. Housekeeping probably not thorough enough.

Clean, tidy, well kept premises, good bar downstairs, staff extremely helpful.

Single negative was the lack of parking, however to be fair to staff they indicated the overflow parking across the road.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The hotel helped make my wife’s birthday celebration a little bit more special with the card and treats in our room on arrival. Excellent, central location. Easy access hotel car park and lovely cooked breakfast.

Avec les peignoirs on aurait aimé avoir des chaussons , surtout pour la saison d’hiver.
