A lovely ambience, excellent service and will stay again.
Pros:

Staff were very customer focussed - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The accommodation could not be faltered.

Cons:

Not so much dislike but just a note that having eaten at 1851 Social a number of times, we noticed that different menus and subsequent meals were available at different tables.

他に過ごしたホテルと比較になるが、想像していたよりも部屋が広いと感じたのと、照明が明るくてよかった。
入室した瞬間の安心感が1番大きかったと思う。同行した友人の反応もよかった。紅茶類の種類も置いている数も1番多くて選ぶのが楽しかった。

Cons:

近隣の大手スーパー3ヶ所まで少し遠いと感じた。
ランドリーがなかったと思う。しかし事前にわかっていたので、すごく困ったというわけではない。
あまり慣れてないこともあって、シャワーカーテンの使い方が難しかった。

Cons:

They accidentally assigned us an accessible room, and our key card didn’t work on arrival. Since we arrived very late at night, the mix-up was a little frustrating. However, the staff resolved the issue quickly and efficiently, which we appreciated.
