Disappointing. When checking out I was met with some sympathy and "we'll fix this for the next guest
Pros:

Check in was great and room very clean. Although not a fan of cushions leaning on the pillows as I suspect the covers are not often changed.

Cons:

The wardrobe had an automatic light that keept coming on every 5 minutes around 2 - 6 am. I had a terrible sleep.
