Excellent hotel for an enjoyable stay
Pros:

Lovely clean tidy room. Great location to cafes and bars.
A very nice bar downstairs.
Staff were lovely, helpful and friendly.
Will definitely stay again.

Pros:

The lobby the set up and breakfast

Cons:

Firstly was given a room that looked out to an exhaust
Then charged an up grade for another room just two doors up extra $60
Tried to use the washer and drier it did t work and dirtied all my clothes
They then washed them for me but all in all they need better maintenance of the rooms
Stand light did t work
Dryer did t work and the shower hose was leaking

Great, friendly staff. Nice room with a great view westward.
Very good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Reasonably quiet.

Cons:

Car park! Too small and NOT user friendly.
I used the Mainland parking across the road.
Staff were helpful.

Very comfortable hotel in a really good location
Pros:

Room was really comfortable and well decorated. Beds were fabulous and location was really good. The best value accommodation we had all trip.

Excellent location, view and hotel amenities. Room was comfortable and clean. Loved the stay. Will definitely choose again if back in Christchurch. Nice breakfast too
