Pior experiência vivida na Rede Accor Ibis

Sempre fico em Ibis e ibis budget. Esse foi o pior que ja fiquei na vida. Uma vergonha para a Rede Accor. Quartos com portas destacando tinta, carpete fedido no corredor, janelas sujas. Troquei de quarto pq estava.com um cheiro de água sanitária insuportável. Fui para o outro e tb estava, porém menos. Tive que deixar a janela aberta para.suportar. O chuveiro barulhento e sem pressão. Experiência horrível.

Somente a localização estratégica de chegar no local que precisava.

Não gostei de nada. Sou viajante, pelo Brasil, me surpreendi com a rede Ibis, preço alto de diária com serviço péssima qualidade. Sem falar dos carpetes nos corredores cheiro de mofo minha rinite complicou o quarto tem baixa iluminação, água quase fria. Barulhos do estacionamento embaixo da janela. O quarto é minúsculo não consegue nem abrir a porta do banheiro do vaso se tiver em pé. . O hotel por fora é bonito mas por dentro tem cheiro ruim de lugar sem limpeza, constante ou seja, cheirinho de limpeza e desinfetante. Me colocaram no primeiro andar onde não tem frigobar. Diz que eu que escolhi. Com frigobar é mais caro. Café tambem tem que pagar. Misericórdia naquilo. Eu tomo remédio a noite. Essa empresa não pensa no cliente não? Sem falar do atendimento na recepção. Horrível. Infelizmente o Brasil visa lucro e não qualidade. Só me hospedei lá devido ter ido fazer uma prova no ES, não tinha outra opção e colocaram os preços nas alturas. Enfim, somos reféns de rede de hotéis. Quando não se tem opção. Não indico pra ninguém. Foi a pior estadia que peguei até hoje no Brasil.
