Второй раз останавливались в этом отеле, так как остались довольны после первого посещения. Отличное расположение, встречают с шампанским, приятный персонал всегда готов помочь, великолепные завтраки, отличные ужины. Номера просторные, комфортная кровать и постельное белье, шикарные тканевые обои, которые запомнились в первый раз, что пришлось вернуться. Будем в Амстердаме - остановимся в этом же отеле.

Unfortunately, we faced a very disappointing and stressful situation with this hotel
Military war broke out between Iran and the United States, and this directly affected the UAE, where I live and from where I was supposed to fly. The airspace was closed, flights were cancelled, and it was physically impossible for me to travel to Amsterdam.
Unfortunately, this hotel showed no understanding or flexibility at all. I was not simply changing my plans or cancelling for personal reasons. I literally could not fly because of a military conflict and closed airspace.
I booked this hotel only one day before the trip, not weeks or months in advance. At the time of booking, there were still enough available rooms, so it was not a situation where I had blocked the room for a long period and prevented the hotel from selling it to someone else.
I fully understand that hotels have policies, and I was prepared to pay for the first night. However, I asked the hotel to either refund the remaining two nights or at least keep the amount as credit for a future stay. The hotel refused and charged me the full amount for all three nights.
What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of empathy and customer care in a serious situation that was completely beyond my control. Instead of trying to find a fair and reasonable solution, the hotel chose to keep the full payment.
In normal circumstances, the hotel may be nice. But if you care about how a hotel treats guests in a critical situation, I would not recommend staying here. In my experience, when I genuinely needed help, the hotel did nothing to support me.

Excellent location and the room was very spacious and well equipped, loved the Bluetooth Marshall speaker and nespresso machine in the room. Excellent cocktails at the bar and breakfast was great

A little difficult to locate initially as the hotel is on a street just behind other properties. Once located, the hotel proved to be convenient, secure and easy to access.
