Showerhead did not working properly
The staff and restaurant were lovely. The room was a good size. It was very clean.
No air conditioning. The bed was a little too soft. Loud from the street sometimes at night.

Our room was interior without a view of outdoors. Even though the property seems well located, it was still 30 minutes of walking to most places we wanted to go.
The reception service was excellent.
The lights in the room were weak, it was hard to see sometimes. The bed matress are too soft

Só um apontamento, num dos dias da minha estadia era o meu aniversário, não comentei com ninguém , nesse dia quando regressei ao quarto, tinha um postal escrito à mão de parabéns e uma garrafa de cava de cortesia, demonstra bem a qualidade do serviço

Servicio de lavandería. Mande a lavar toda mi ropa. Me mancharon toda mi ropa blanca de color azul. Incluso mi ropa de color. El hotel me derivó con el proveedor. No me dieron ninguna solución. Tampoco ninguna atención o cordialidad. Solo disculpas. Arruinaron toda mi experiencia en amsterdam.
The staff were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating! The restaurant was fantastic!
