Pros:

The location is great. Staff very helpful and gracious. But the hotel/design is old and the breakfast looked dull.

Cons:

Decoration. Bedding. Design... The fact that i had to pay to get my clothes ironed is simply weird. I understand that customer snatched the provide irons before, but they can ask for a deposit to be made when you get the iron. I am well travelled and i don't remember staying in a hotel where i cannot iron my clothes for free.

It’s a great place to stay.
Pros:

A hotel with a great downtown location and easy access to transport. A good place to stay.

Cons:

The new building is much better for these stays. However, there are no irons—or ironing facilities anywhere in the hotel—so if your clothes are wrinkled, you just have to wear them that way; there are no laundry facilities either. The showers and toilets are very small and uncomfortable to use. The staff are fantastic, especially Mr. Titi and Ms. Anne at reception, as well as the restaurant staff.

Je n’y retournerai pas
Pros:

Le fait que l'hôtel sois bien située à grandement facilité mes déplacements pour certains rdv.

Cons:

La chambre qui sentait le renfermé et était sale, le vacarme du service de chambre qui criait dans les couloirs et frappait à chaque porte, et cela malgré le fait que j’ai mis le mot ne pas déranger le lendemain, le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas, impossible de joindre la réception ou même le restaurant, personnel pas accueillant limite il te donne l'impression de les déranger et j’ai même assisté à une scène de dispute avec des clients, la nuit des filles complètement dénudées à la réception de l'hôtel

Un séjour agréable que je voudrais reproduire..

Le petit déjeuner était complet..des fruits frais, une bonne patisserie, boulangerie
La literie était agréable, tellement agréable que le matin, il me semblait que la nuit avait été très courte.

La restauration a été parfaite cependant les meubles de la chambre étiaent vetustes.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était bien fait, une diversité des fruits et le personnel de la réception est acceuillant.

Cons:

Il y a beaucoup d'humidité dans la chambre et les meubles sont vieillissants. Je recommande le remplacement des meubles pour le confort des voyageurs. Aussi, la clé de la porte ne fonctionne qu'après insistance.
