Ruhige Lage, würde trotzdem nicht noch einmal buchen, Preis-Leistung passte nicht.
Pros:

Leider ist das Hotel Kolbergarten eher ein Gästehaus des Gasthof Kolberbräu. Frühstück findet dort statt. Was aus der Buchung über booking.com nicht ersichtlich war.
Frühstück im Kolberbräu war gut.

Cons:

Die Betten müssten mal ausgetauscht werden, damit man nicht bei jeden umdrehen durch Geräusche wach wird.

Die Nähe zur Stadt

Cons:

z. B. altes Badezimmer mit Badewannendusche, Plüschsofa aus den 60. Jahren, Teppiche ebenfalls aus dieser Zeit, verstaubter Eingangsbereich. Sowohl hier, als auch rund ums Haus ist der Verfall deutlich sichtbar und dies alles bei einem Übernachtungspreis von 172€ für ein Doppelzimmer.

Hotel ist eine Dependance, Frühstück im Haupthaus ca. 150 bis 200 m je nach Durchgangsmöglichkeit über befahrene Straße. War beim Buchen mir so nicht bewusst.

Direkt am kostenfreien Parkplatz gelegen, Zimmer war okay, jedoch im 3. Stock unter dem Dach, dafür sehr groß, tolles Frühstück

Cons:

Zum Frühstück musste man auf die andere Straßenseite, dafür war man von dort mitten in der Altstadt.
