I liked everything about the hotel but it let itself down on cleaning which didn't seen to happen at all on the 3 days of my stay. The bed was made, but used cups and glasses were not replaced or cleaned and the toilet was not clean when I arrived and wasn't cleaned during my stay The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfastt excellent .The location and acess to public transport with shops restaurants all within walking distance
Our room was close to the terrace, so we were occasionally bothered by people smoking there.
The hotel’s location was excellent, very close to the city center. We arrived late, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and welcomed us with a smile, making the check-in process very easy. Our room was spotlessly clean.
The breakfast was also delicious, and I especially liked that they served cheese at breakfast. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast especially was very good quality with hot and cold choices. The breakfast room was better than expected too and had recently been decorated I think as it looked very bright, clean and inviting.
We also appreciated the fan in the room on the bedside as we are in the middle of a hot spell so was definitely needed.
Tea, coffee and biscuits were in the room.
Because the hotel is on a main road and we had a room overlooking the front we found it to be noisy at night with difficulty getting to sleep. We do live in a very quiet area at home though. If I was to book again in the future I would request a room overlooking the back of the property and hopefully that may be better.
We commuted into Oxford city centre quite easily.

Es ist ok für eine Nacht. DasZimmer war zwar frisch bezogen, aber am Boden fand man noch Chips Reste, der Vorhang war halb herunter gerissen, Staub legte sich an. Es war einfach nicht ordentlich gereinigt.
Breakfast was good. Nice choice of food and hot drinks. The one staff member we encountered was helpful.
Room was very small and could have been cleaner. There was an iron burn mark on the carpet and someone’s comb left on the floor. General cleanliness overall was only fair. The breakfast outside tables and chairs were not very clean. The hotel overall was a bit tired. The road outside is quite noisy.
