Pros:

The stuff at the front desk was very helpful. The food the breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

There was no Aircon in the room and it was one of the hottest days of the year. The TV was very dated and the decor was very dating. If they upgrade their decor it’s an amazing place to stay.

Pros:

Prima kamer, ontbijt en locatie. Met de bus zo in Oxford centrum. Prima tuin en je kon wijn etc in de koelkast laten zetten.

Cons:

Wij waren er drie nachten. Er is in tussentijd nooit iemand geweest om de vuilnisbak te legen of om thee, koffie en water bij te vullen. Dat had ik wel fijn gevonden.

Thank you for making our stay restful, great bed, the fan was most appreciated during this hot spell.
Pros:

Perfect location for us. Nice part of Oxford, great local shopping, and exceptional pub. Very easy to find, great parking. Lovely man who carried our bags to our room. Very very good breakfast. Staff very generous and helpful. Also has a lovely outdoor eating/chilling out area.

Great hotel excellent staff breakfast amenities and parking will definitely stay again
Pros:

Clean bright homely affordable car parking and fabulous breakfast in a lovely bright and airy restaurant

Cons:

Nothing really ideally a little bit closer for walking into town but east uber fare and regular bus service I chose to walk the 50 minutes in if you want a leisurely walk to explore it’s no problem

In general it was a very pleasant experience.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, great choice of cooked food and coffee. Nice room with a modern bathroom. The hotel is very clean and well- maintained.

Cons:

We came when the weather was really hot. The room was very hot too; there is no aircon in it, so it was hard to sleep at night.

Pros:

Good value
Pros:

Good self-service English+ breakfast. Plenty of parking. On a good bus route into Oxford. It took about five minutes to walk to a bus stop, and then it took about 15 mins to get to the centre of Oxford.

Cons:

Small thing, but the mushrooms were always too salty. After a week the shower water didn't drain away very well.

Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel. The staff were very kind and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, parking was easy, and the breakfast was rich and varied. Reaching Oxford city centre was extremely easy, with a bus connection taking around 15 minutes.

The larger rooms are located on the upper floor, and there is no lift, which may be worth noting for guests with heavy luggage or small children.

Cons:

There are a few technical details that could be improved for a 4-star hotel — for example the shower temperature control was stuck on a very hot setting, and the bathroom ventilation did not seem to be working properly.
