Séjour très décevant dans cet hôtel. De nombreux éléments annoncés lors de la réservation ne correspondaient pas à la réalité. Attention les images sont anciennes

Le manque de transparence et l’absence de solution apportée ont fortement nui à notre expérience. Pour un établissement de ce niveau/prix, le service attendu n’était clairement pas au rendez-vous.

Je laisse cet avis afin que les futurs clients puissent réserver en connaissance de cause. J’espère sincèrement que des améliorations seront apportées, car en l’état je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Pros:

The hotel is well located and reasonably priced. Its rooms in the renovated section are very clean and comfortable. The pool is in good condition and the gym is workable although several parts are out of order. They also have a decent breakfast.

Cons:

There is no real coffee available. The hotel could use some renovation and the gym needs fixing.
