Pros:

I liked the location. Being located on Essex Street is great, and you're right in the middle of everything.

Cons:

Water pressure was terrible. Found a hair in the bed under the covers. Floor was not aligned and had indents throughout.

Fantastic!
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we weren't satisfied with our original room. Cody, Emma, Alyssa, and Megan were amazing!!! They checked in with us daily and were always open to conversation.

Cons:

The initial room was way too small for two grown women. This was quickly changed for us. There are no other issues. The stay was great and the staff were great! I would stay again when I visit again.

Pros:

Great location! Toilet was separate from the shower. Coffee and tea setup was very nice. Staff was friendly and attentive. When I texted regarding more towels. They were up very quickly. The freshwater on the hall.

Cons:

The room could use a full lane mirror, and more hooks to hang up wet towels. The room had a musty smell, and the windows were unable to be opened.

Eclectic and fun place to stay in the heart of Salem!
Pros:

The staff and location were awesome! Our room was eclectic and really nice! The rooftop bar had beautiful views!

Cons:

Our room was on the top floor below the rooftop bar. It could get a bit noisy when they had to roll around the kegs, but overall a good experience!

Super convenient hotel for exploring Salem on foot
Pros:

Very central location on main pedestrianised road. Very convenient for exploring Salem on foot. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. 24/7 coffee and filtered water available. Nice roof top bar.

Cons:

When arriving during the day you have to enter through an out of service bar/restaurant. We nearly thought we had the wrong place! The hotel reception is tucked away on the side - some clear signage at the front to direct hotel customers would be helpful! There is also no hotel parking due to the location in a pedestrian zone. Public lot parking is nearby but finding a space can be challenging and you have to be prepared to walk 5-10 mins with your luggage.

Staff were great. really helpful and friendly. Is a great location. Food was so good

Cons:

There wasnt anything I didnt like to be honest. The rooftop was closed so would have been nice to have been able to go up there. but that would be the only thing if I had to say something

Salem was beautiful and Hotel Salem fit perfectly in our needs while we visited.
Pros:

Location was amazing. Was deffinitly accessible to car in Church Street parking lot. Convenient to CVS for snacks or anything we would need. Price for room service breakfast was cheaper then I predicted. Great food. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Micro king - bedroom had a hall with wasted space. Bed is on a frame so we kept busting our shins on the bed. Bathroom has sliding door and there is a gap. Stayed with my daughter. That made it a bit awkward for a teenager.
