Pros:

Staff were great. really helpful and friendly. Is a great location. Food was so good

Cons:

There wasnt anything I didnt like to be honest. The rooftop was closed so would have been nice to have been able to go up there. but that would be the only thing if I had to say something

Salem was beautiful and Hotel Salem fit perfectly in our needs while we visited.
Pros:

Location was amazing. Was deffinitly accessible to car in Church Street parking lot. Convenient to CVS for snacks or anything we would need. Price for room service breakfast was cheaper then I predicted. Great food. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Micro king - bedroom had a hall with wasted space. Bed is on a frame so we kept busting our shins on the bed. Bathroom has sliding door and there is a gap. Stayed with my daughter. That made it a bit awkward for a teenager.

From the moment you walk through the door, the front desk team makes you feel like family. They are exceptional: genuinely kind, thoughtful, and consistently go above and beyond. Check-in is always smooth and welcoming, setting the tone for the entire stay.
The food and coffee are outstanding — the kind of quality that makes you look forward to breakfast as much as the rest of the day. Everything about this hotel feels intentional and well-run.

Cool hotel in Salem
Pros:

Location was great. Easy walk from the train. Room was small as expected. Choose the micro king. Bed was very comfortable rooftop bar was good as was the food and drinks would stay again.

Pros:

The location was great and staff was pleasant

Cons:

The biggest thing was the sheets were dirty and appeared to have blood on them. The parking is also not convenient

I would recommend!
Pros:

The accommodations were clean. The roof top bar was great. Unfortunately food was not being served when I was there. The breakfast/lunch restaurant on main floor was convenient.

Not at all worth it in the off season
Pros:

Convenient walk to stores and restaurants

Cons:

Filthy, tight awkward spaces, sink not with toilet, have to carry luggage from an out of pocket paid lot, poor layout, no amenities

I’d stay here again! Everyone was nice

It was in a great location. Parking not available but it’s very easy and close.

Cons:

I loved it. I don’t love the 10:00 am check out. I think 10 is too early for any hotel.
