Beau palace pour des vacances farniente
Pros:

Les chambres sont vraiment magnifiques 🤩.
Le tout inclus avec des enfants c’est le top ,cuisine variée avec des pâtes tous les jours😅.
Un peu de cuisine crétoise pour ceux qui aiment le poisson .
Le personnel très accueillant dont certains maitrisent bien le français

Pros:

Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel sehr gut. Das Personal im Restaurant und die "Reinigungdkräfte" bekommen 5 Sterne. Die Lage ist gut: am Strand (sehr steinig, Badeschuhe nicht vergessen!).Kleine Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bäcker/Cafe, Apotheke fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bus nach Rethimno fährt regelmäßig für €2.10.

Cons:

Der Empfang durch die Rezeption war sehr bedürftig, unfreundlich, nicht einmal Kofferwagen waren vorhanden, Fragen wurden nur mürrisch beantwortet...das setzte sich leider auch im weiteren fort.
Positiv: die defekte Klimaanlage wurde zeitnah repariert
Der Safe war nur für 3 € pro Tag (!) zu mieten - war so in der Booking.com Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich.
Extreme Geruchsbelästigung (Güllegeruch) im Bad und zeitweise auch im gesamten Gebäude.
Was uns den 13-tägigen Urlaub " vermießt" hat: Das Zimmer war eigentlich von der Größe und Ausstattungnur als 2-Bett Zimmer gedacht- eine Aufbettung ist ok. Aber mit zwei 13jährigen Mädchen eine echte negative Herausforderung: zwei Stühle auf dem Balkon und im Zimmer, ein Minischrank...wir hatten unsere Sachen .fast gänzlich alle Tage im Koffer.
Das Frühstück (wir hatten nur dieses gebucht) war sehr eintönig, aber 10 Uhr nur noch minimalistisch kontinental.

Very disappointed in the reality! 3 star in most areas, 5 star breakfast!

Good breakfast. Good view. Comfortable bed. Free water and wine.

Cons:

This is not a 5 star hotel! When taken to our room, we were told this was one of their best!! The headboard had dirty marks from where other people's heads had been. There were cracks in the walls, internally. There was no nightlight in the bathroom. There was no extractor fan to remove the condensation in the bathroom. On the balcony some plaster work had been patched in and some of the paint was cracked and peeling! The furniture was worn and scruffy.
There was an intermittent sewer smell from the bathroom and pipes gurgling. Very noisy from the corridor, through walls, beach bar, even through closed patio doors!
Climbing over raised edge into the bath was not easy. Shower screen did not meet where shower was so floor got very wet.
The very dirty loungers were reserved with towels first thing by the pools and on the tiny beach, so none left later in the day! The beach was so shingley and very rocky, making entry, exit and trying to swim in the sea very difficult. The pool was freezing.

Amazing stay, would definitely come back!
Pros:

We had such a lovely stay! The hotel is beautiful, with great facilities and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options to choose from.

The location is also perfect, close to lots of nice tavernas, local markets, bazaars and shops. It’s also roughly in the middle of Crete, which makes it a great starting point for exploring the island.

But what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying our stay. You can really tell they care about their guests.

A special thank you to Andreas, the manager, who is such a wonderful person and really goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would come back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend this place!

Griechische Gastfreundschaft
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Tatsache, dass sich der Hotelmanager nicht irgendwo im Hintergrund versteckt, sondern tagtäglich für seine Gäste da ist und sich mit ihnen unterhält. Das ist ein Aspekt, wo sich dieses Hotel von vielen anderen abhebt. So sieht echte griechische Gastfreundschaft aus. 🙂

Die Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet und die Badezimmer sind geräumig.

Es wurde mir eine Geburtstagstorte aufs Zimmer gebracht, worüber ich mich riesig gefreut habe!

Weiterhin ist die gute Auswahl beim Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet zu erwähnen (beim Mittagsbuffet sicherlich auch, aber ich hatte bloß Halbpension 😉). Auch jemand wie ich, der nicht alles gerne speist, wird an diesen Buffets fündig. Außerdem wurde bei der Speisenauswahl auch deutlich, dass auch Wert auf die Qualität gelegt wird.

Ich habe mich 3 Tage im Hotel Rythimno Palace aufgehalten.es war außergewöhnlich schön.Mein Zimmer hatte seitlichen Meerblick.es ist sehr ruhig gewesen.das ganze Hotel und mein Zimmer waren sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren besonders aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und nett und ich wurde sehr freundlich,mit kleinen Leckereien,willkommen geheißen.es war rundum zum wohlfühlen.Das Hotel kann ich nur weiter empfehlen und komme bestimmt wieder

Zaprosili smo za sobe v zgornjem nadstropju, in sta nas pričakali dve sobi s čudovitim razgledom na morje in veliko teraso. Sobe so prostorne, lepe in postelje zelo udobne. Osebje je zelo prijazno.

Uns hatt der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen, besonders aufgefallen ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Cons:

Strand nicht gemäss Bilder, relativ steil abfallend, Liegen können zum Teil nicht in den Schattenbereich des Sonnenschirms gezogen werden.

Pozitív értelemben véve nagyon meglepődtem, amikor érkezésemkor megkérdezték, hogy szeretnék-e valamit enni, éhes vagyok-e. A reggeli finom volt és sokszínű. A szoba kényelmes és csendes.

Nem reagáltak a korábban megküldött e-mailemre, és amikor ezt személyesen szóvá tettem a recepción, nem igazán foglalkoztak vele.

Pros:

Чудовий готель, який дійсно відповідає заявленому статусу. Харчування дуже добре, різноманітне, все свіже і якісне. Багато морепродуктів у меню щодня. Готель зручний, територія доглянута, простора. Басейн чистий, великий. Персонал дуже привітний і помічний.

Schönes, sauberes und zentral gelegenes Hotel mit sehr engagiertem Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet und haben einen Kühlschrank.
Wir haben All inklusive gebucht: Das Essen war sowohl zum Frühstück, als auch mittags und natürlich auch abends sehr vielfältig, frisch und immer lecker.
Die Getränke wurden durchgängig serviert bzw. konnte man sich an den jeweiligen Bars zu jeder Zeit Getränke holen.
Der im All inklusive Paket servierte Weiß-Wein war ein lokaler Flaschen-Wein von hoher Qualität, er wurde sowohl zu den Essen als auch an den Bars serviert. Auch das Bier und andere Getränke sind gut bzw. sehr gut.
Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer: es gibt einen wunderbaren Pool (mit vielen Liegen) und direkt dahinter Zugang zum Meer mit weiteren Liegen. Pro Person erhält man ein Handtuch, welches man für den Pool und Strandbereich nutzen kann => das Reservieren der Liegen wird hiermit optimiert, so dass jeder Gast nur einen Platz reservieren kann und nicht parallel mehrere: Zudem hat das Hotel Anweisungen bzgl. der Liegen-Reservierungen ausgehängt. In der Regel gibt es kein "Liegenproblem", da jedem Gast eine Liege am Pool zur Verfügung steht (da dies nicht immer oder eher selten der Fall ist, möchte ich es hier explizit erwähnen).
Direkt vor dem Hotel startet die Einkaufspromenade, inkl Mini-Supermarkt, Kleidung und vielen, kleinen aber schönen Geschäften.
Mir hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere weil das Personal sehr engagiert und freundlich ist.

Cons:

An der Strandbar werden teilweise noch Plastikbecher benutzt: Dies will das Hotelmanagement abschaffen und ergreift bereits aktiv Maßnahmen zur Optimierung.
