The staff
They present them selfs as a 5 stars hotel but it is not more than maximum 3 stars and also this I’m not sure.
Very old furniture and very old bad sheets, so old that it looks not clean, bad smell in the room. The matras in the pool in very old snd dirty. We received a tawel pool so old that they were ripped.
My favourite part of our stay at this hotel was, without a doubt, the staff. After just a couple of days, it felt like genuine friendships were being made. They also remembered our usual orders and preferences and always made us feel seen and cared for. You can truly feel that there’s a hardworking team behind this hotel, genuinely committed to making every guest’s stay as pleasant as possible.
The very large and sea view room with jacuzzi on the terrace, the kindness of the majority of the staff and same of the plates of the buffet dinner menu (excellent soups, large choice of fruits, very good cakes)
The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming.
We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, the swimming pools, the food, and the beautiful location. Everything was well organized, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel! The whole place is very accommodating, and every member of staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The cocktails were refreshing and delicious, especially at the beach bar – definitely worth trying!
The manager always seemed to be around, making sure everything was running smoothly and checking that guests were happy, which was really nice to see.
The beach is literally less than a minute’s walk from the bar, making it super convenient to go back and forth. The swimming pool is a good size, and we really enjoyed the morning aqua gym sessions.
We stayed with my partner, our baby daughter, and other relatives, and had a fantastic family holiday. The buffet offered a great variety of food every day, with plenty of salads, sweets, fresh fruit, and something for everyone.
It’s a shame I can’t mention every single staff member by name because they all deserve recognition. They were amazing with our daughter, and by the second day they were already calling her by her name, which made us feel so welcome and cared for.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly holiday. We had a wonderful time and would happily come back!

Everything was on point
Our overall impression is that this hotel does not live up to its 5-star rating. In our opinion, 3 stars would be a more realistic rating.
The hotel is quite old, but we have to give credit where it’s due — everything was clean and well maintained in terms of hygiene. The staff was also very friendly, polite, and helpful.
Unfortunately, the food was quite average, and the breakfast was rather disappointing. Overall, the entire experience felt very average. This would not necessarily be a problem if the hotel were advertised as a 3-star property, but for a 5-star hotel, we expected a significantly higher standard.
We didn’t use the pool because it was extremely crowded during our stay.
Overall, the hotel is clean and the staff is excellent, but the quality and overall experience simply do not match what we would expect from a 5-star hotel.
Το ξενοδοχείο αυτο σου βγάζει πολυ friendly vibes, μονο από τους χώρους που διαθέτει και το πόσο καλα τους εχει αξιοποιήσει. Ο λογος που το επελεξα ηταν οτι ηταν ακριβως λιγα μετρα απο την παραλια, διεθετε χωρους για γυμναστικη και πολυ ωραια πισινα και ολα αυτα πολυ κοντα το ενα με το αλλο. Μου άρεσε παρα πολυ ποσο εξυπηρετικοτατο ηταν το προσωπικό τους, απο την διευθυνση, την γραμματεία εως και τις κοπελες που συγύριζαν τα δωμάτια. Το δωμάτιο μου το βρήκα σε άριστη κατάσταση και ηταν πολυ καθαρό. Επισης κατι που θεωρώ απο τα πιο σημαντικά ειναι το ποσό ήσυχα ειναι το βράδυ για να κοιμηθείς και πραγματικα σε αυτο παίρνει άριστα.

Room good , clean and quiet ( for families with small childs i dont recommand the rooms near to the pool and bar )

the room was really nice and clean, food was delucious i really like the variety a tasteness of it i enjoyed every lunch dinner breakfast I went to get a massage and the therapist’s services of Margarita an Hasmik were exceptionally nice and great quality:).
I was great to be in Rethymno Palace on holidays. I spend a beautifull time with my family. I'll never forget this time because of staff, nice barman and hotel beach.
it's such a great choice for our holiday the stuff was so nice to us they were joking with us. i think i will come back here in the future. room was also really nice and the hotel has its own beach so its easier for guests to take rest. i definitely will remember this holidays!
