Avoid at all cost even if they offered a free room it wouldn't be worth it
Pros:

There were zero redeeming qualities

Cons:

Carpet was soaking wet, window didn't latch closed while an unprecedented wind storm was occurring, door didn't latch closed so the room sounded haunted or like the door was constantly being tested all night. Mold on walls was visible from floor to top of window that spanned AC unit to corner by bed.
