La ubicación y precio
No cambiaron las sábanas, llegué y una de las sábanas puestas en la cama estaba sucia, hicieron limpieza a la habitación y no me cambiaron las sábanas en ningún momento durante la estancia.
No tienen tampoco el tiquete en la puerta donde uno deja avisado si quiere o no limpieza en caso que yo no me encuentre en la habitación, solo entran sin consultarle a uno mientras uno no está.
Y el mueble donde está el lavamanos del baño en la parte de abajo está dañado con algo de humedad.

Ya me había hospedado anteriormente y esta vez vez tuve la misma experiencia satisfactoria, buena ubicación para lo que yo viaje a Santiago, el personal bien atento, mi habitación ordenada y limpia cuando llegué, el desayuno muy rico, volvería a hospedarme y lo recomiendo totalmente.

La cama era demasiado incómoda, el colchón esta hundido en varias partes por ende no se puede descansar, desperté con la espalda en la mano.

O hotel disponibiliza lanche para os hóspedes antes do café quando precisam sair cedo para os passeios, a cama é ótima, água quente no chuveiro e torneira.
A localização é boa, perto do metrô, ótimo para conhecer os demais bairros.
Os funcionários são muito educados e receptivos.
Poderia ter mais opções no café da manhã e faltou um frigobar no quarto.
A iluminação poderia ser um pouco melhor.
O banheiro tem um formato antigo, com banheira e cortina de plástico.
