Everything, this was my 3rd stay with them.
Shahad was kind enough to upgrade me to a suite after I asked to change my room for a view. And I needed that as I'm staying for work and needed the extra sofa and coffee table for the laptop.
Everyone was very helpful amd Kind.
And it was the perfect location for Jordan University.

The staff were very kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.
I would especially like to thank Ms. Shahd at the reception for her outstanding hospitality and warm attitude.
She made the experience even more pleasant.

من لايشكر الناس لايشكر الله والطاقم كله يستاهل الثناء الف شكر لجميع الموظفين بلااستثناء واخص بالشكر الموظفه شهد الله يعطيها الصحه والعافيه لبقه بالتعامل صبوره ومتعاونه وبشوشه الله يحفطها - ايضاً انا حضرت زواج في نفس الفندق والترتيب والتنسيق كان جداً جميل من جميع النواحي
