Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at Gerasa Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth, and everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping team was genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive.

The hotel itself is beautifully maintained. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and offered a very comfortable bed with fresh, crisp linens. The housekeeping staff does a fantastic job keeping every corner pristine.

The facilities are top-notch as well-the common areas are stylish and cozy, and the overall atmosphere is modern and relaxing. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, Gerasa Hotel delivers on comfort, service, and value. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent stay and a truly wonderful experience. The service provided by all staff members was exceptional, from the reception team to the restaurant and housekeeping staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

A special thanks to Abdullah at the reception desk, who was always welcoming, cheerful, and genuinely cared about my comfort throughout my stay. His outstanding hospitality and attention to detail made a significant difference and added a personal touch to the experience.
