Weekly cleans are provided for stays over 7 nights, for stays less than 7 nights no housekeeping will be provided. Additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost.
Any items left behind in the apartments and/or public areas will be stored for a maximum of 30 days from the departure date. Items will be given to charity unless claimed within the specified time frame.

It's usually good.
Didn't get the city view I booked. Ac wasn't working properly, worker left mattress lying on the floor because he didn't know how to put it back in the sofa bed, so had to figure it out my self.

The receptionist 2 men in the afternoon were extremely rude and incompetent. No warm welcome just said “its way too early to check in” we asked if we can leave our bags they said they would get someone after 10 minutes still nothing so i had to get the trolley ourselves and wheel it in. The guy at reception did not even tag them until we urged him to. Terrible service from the day staff. The night staff on the other hand were friendly. When we got our room the toilets smelt terrible and the AC did not work properly during the heat wave.
The studio design is modern , bed comfortable , beautifully presented breakfast .
When I booked the hotel, it was indicated that hotel have air conditioning . However, it was not possible to regulate the temperature in the room and it was very hot.
We enjoyed our stay, in a good location, closer to the mall,restaurants and bars,staff very friendly
It was not thoroughly cleaned,living area table had old water marks,toilet didn’t smell fresh on our arrival
Good rooms and nice location, but constantly let down by dreadful experiences at breakfast. Restaurant half empty and one day they insisted on a booking before seating us. Had to go on the app, book a slot 10 mins later and then they were happy to seat us. Manager at the restaurant desk unhelpful and dismissive but some staff much more helpful. Let down the full experience.

There are two elevators, One of the elevators was out of service.
In general, the stay was amazing.
Beds comfortable, apartment modern and clean, staff friendly. We had a problem with aircon not working and were given an alternative apartment no problem. Breakfast was nice and fresh with a great selection and table service. Swimming pool was great. Would recommend and would stay again if in Manchester.

It’s clean, has great facilities and friendly staff! Location is superb.
Everything you could possibly need in the apartment, loved the pool and the food was amazing.
The staff reassured me there would be towels in the pool, so didn’t bring my own. And the ones in there were all over the floor and used with none clean. I had to walk through the hotel to ask for new ones. They said they’d bring out new ones and they didn’t bother. I had to go back out wet to get them myself. The staff at the restaurant were amazing though, just not so much help from front desk…
