Mooie locatie, warm onthaal en service wat gemist..
Pros:

leuke locatie aan het water. veel kuierende mensen van jong tot oud, leuke omgeving, leuke setting

Cons:

zeer zakelijke kamers…koel, niet gezellig! kunnen gerust de hand van een interieurstylist gebruiken…geen frigo op de kamer..de volgende dag geen verse fles water…..we aten in het restaurant! vriendelijk personeel maar veel te weinig voor de prijs die betaald werd.. We waren op doorreis en hebben 3 hotels gedaan…deze was teleurstellend..Ontbijt was wel ok…

Nice hotel with very friendly staff
Pros:

What a wonderful warm and attentive reception at the front desk! The woman there was great and quickly brought an iron and ironing board to our room. The blonde woman in the breakfast room also greeted us very warmly, and we appreciate that hospitality! Breakfast was good. The local transit passes were very handy. The room was nice with a pretty view to the water and Konstanz.

Cons:

The south-facing room was quite warm having baked in the sun all day. The airco couldn’t keep up.

Der ursprüngliche Föhn hatte sich nach kurzem Betrieb wegen Überhitzung ständig abgeschaltet. Wurde nach Information der Rezeption umgehend getauscht!

Pros:

Das 47 ist ein modernes Hotel direkt am Rheinarm der Ober und Untersee verbindet. Die Innenstadt ist in Laufweite ca. 20 min. Gefallen hat uns die moderne Einrichtung der Zimmer. Schön ist das reichhaltige Frühstück mit Blick auf Rheinarm und Altstadt.
Praktisch ist die Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel. Ausserdem liegt das Hotel recht verkehrsgünstig.

Cons:

Es gibt zwar eine wirkungsvolle Lüftung. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war eine Klimaanlage nicht vorhanden bzw. nicht bedienbar.

Das Frühstück und der Service beim Frühstück waren sehr gut

Cons:

Es gab keine Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel und wir haben sehr teuer im Parkhaus gegenüber geparkt.
Wir hatten mit Seeblick gebucht, was leider auch nicht funktioniert hat.
Das Zimmer war leider viel zu warm, trotz Klimaanlage.
