Cons:

Abbiamo riscontrato un disguido al nostro arrivo. La prenotazione dell’hotel era stata fatto da mia figlia e anche il pagamento delle camere stato fatto sulla sua carta. Nel momento in cui siamo arrivati in Hotel, il personale si rifiutava di darci la camera perché non avevamo con noi la carta con cui avevamo pagato la struttura (la carta era rimasta in Italia poiché era di mia figlia). Abbiamo spiegato più volte che l’addebito era stato fatto con la carta di mia figlia, gli abbiamo fatto vedere la transazione eseguita, ci siamo fatti mandare la foto della carta da mia figlia, nonostante ciò loro non ne hanno voluto sapere, han detto che o pagavamo con un’altra carta oppure non potevamo soggiornare. A questo punto abbiamo quindi pagato la somma con un’altra carta, mentre sulla carta di mia figlia è stata rimborsata la cifra ma con 150€ in meno, perché dicevano che avrebbero dovuto trattenere qualcosa nonostante non abbiamo mai capito perché. In tutto ciò, questa politica non era scritta da nessuna parte, anche perché la stessa cosa l’avevamo fatta con un altro hotel di Bangkok e non ci avevano fatto nessun problema. Questa è stata una cosa molto spiacevole.
