Pros:

Thehotel is very clean, pleasant and at walking distance fom Matsumoto JR station. The staff at the reception is very nice, a lot of amenities like cleaning lotion, night cream etc are available at the reception. The size of the room is larger than average . There is a desk and a little table which is very convenient and rare int the hotel rooms in Japan; The hotel is close to everything , shops, the castle, restaurants though the room is very quiet.

Cons:

Nothing ! I really like that place and will definitely choose it again when I come back to Matsumoto.

Pros:

スタッフの対応は笑顔で親切な人がおられ安心出来ました。

Cons:

朝のスタッフは少し表情が硬く素っ気ない対応だったのが残念に感じた。
タバコを吸う場所をもっと広くリラックス出来るようにしてほしい。タバコを吸っている時でもいろいろと考える事があるので。

Pros:

The location was great, we walked to the castle and restaurant for dinner. The rooms were clean. Staff were friendly. Parking was very convenient right outside the front door. Breakfast was great.

Highly recommend this hotel as it has a great location and excellent staff

The rooms and bathrooms could certainly use upgrading. high price comparing to the value. Parking options for big SUV cars is limited and far from the hotel.
