Pros:

Right on the water. Beautiful view to wake up to. Sizeable rooms with large walk in wardrobe and bathroom. Beautiful decor. Balcony door to get fresh air. Reception staff were lovely and very good.

Cons:

Just one issue with ordering breakfast room service on the first morning. The room service staff member taking the order had no idea what pastry options were available was inattentive and I had to repeat the order 3 times. And they still got the order wrong. Less of a comment about the hotel overall and more a surprising one off with this person. I stay every year and overall this isn’t a problem.

Fantastic location and very comfortable
Pros:

Beautiful room, great location with view over the Harbour, wonderful breakfast

Cons:

Our booking got mixed up on arrival, we booked a waterfront room and were mistakenly put in a different room. The manager was very helpful though and resolved the issue immediately. Loved the property but also think the cost is quite high per night.
