Another Fantastic Stay.
Pros:

This is such a relaxing and warm hotel.
The whole experience is superb. The views are picture perfect and the maritime activity is great to watch from your room or the lounge.
The staff are there but not in an intrusive way. They are very friendly and add to the whole positive vibe.

EXCEPTIONAL
Pros:

One of the most luxurious and unique hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We stayed in a Superior Waterfront room which was huge with chaise lounge and beautiful views across the harbour. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was equally huge and had the best layout ever with amentities and open wardrobe that had a long bench for up to three large suitcases.

The Evolve bar is an experience not to be missed and the Old Wharf Restaurant delivered exceptional meals. We especially enjoyed the fact that you could order a la carte breakfast with gluten free bread, as buffet breakfast is not worth while for a coeliac.

I especially loved how much care and precise detail went into sharing the stories of historical Tasmanian characters, depicted on each of the 114 rooms of the hotel, as well as an artefact representing that figure. Also in the foyer on display is Matthew Flinders map of Tasmania, so exquisite.

Highly recommend this hotel 10/10, the best in Hobart and maybe even Tasmania.

Cons:

Maybe just a few more Gluten Free choices on Old Wharf Menu.

Pros:

Spacious rooms and bathroom. The most comfortable bed one could ever sleep in. Options for pillows, local chocolate on our second stay. Beautiful local mini bar not overly priced. Amazing breakfast downstairs.
