It's a great spot near everything with comfy beds and large rooms

The BEST breakfast!

Cons:

Welcome not very good half hearted
disinterested staff
We had just come from another similar establishment that were friendly and warm and the difference was stark
It was also much better on our previous visits here
The food selection in the bar area is very very limited and sadly the restaurant was booked out before we arrived , after a very long drive.

Will never return!
Pros:

Great location however when I arrived they told me it was an extra $50 for a harbour view - I called a week prior to check in and they informed me due to the number of times I’d stayed at the hotel, I was being gifted a free upgrade!

Cons:

Staff were rude and dismissive when I told them about the phone call I’d received and still proceeded to charge me the $50 on checkout for having a harbour view room! WILD! No way it was worth $530 a night!
