朝、部屋から出たら廊下に清掃道具や替えのシーツと清掃員がいた。挨拶をしていただいたが、チェックアウトの10時までは廊下に清掃道具などは置かないで欲しい。
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They made me feel like I was at home. The rooms were very clean and felt like a traditional Japanese home. We loved this hotel so much that we extended our stay by two more days. The rooms are spacious, unlike many other hotels. We would definitely stay here again!
Nothing everything perfect
Traditional, spacious and in a very good location, soundproof which was important for me, room has washing-drying machine which helps a lot

Our stay at Gozan Apartments Kyoto was nothing short of exceptional. The location is perfect, the apartments are beautifully maintained, and every member of the team was incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely caring.
What truly sets this property apart is the outstanding level of service. During our stay, my mother unexpectedly ran out of urgently needed medication. Irene, who was on duty, immediately took charge of the situation. Within four minutes, she had contacted us with a plan, arranged an appointment with a doctor at a local clinic, called a taxi that arrived in under ten minutes, and secured the appointment within twenty minutes. From the moment we realised there was a problem to having the medication in hand took less than 45 minutes.
The efficiency, compassion, and professionalism shown by Irene and the team were simply mind-blowing. In what could have been a very stressful situation, they made us feel completely supported and cared for.
This is true world-class hospitality. Gozan Apartments Kyoto doesn't just provide excellent accommodation; they genuinely care about their guests. We cannot thank Irene and the entire team enough for making our stay so memorable.
Without hesitation, I would recommend Gozan Apartments Kyoto to anyone visiting Kyoto. We will absolutely be back!
