Me gustó mucho la habitación y el baño todo super pulcro. Cobijas cómodas e impecables.

Cons:

Sugerencia podrían tener un botiquín de primeros auxilios tal vez pastillas básicas para alergia o dolor de cabeza. Pero el resto excelente. Me encantó y volveré

Horrible lo que prometen no cumplen y lo que ofrecen casi tampoco lo cumplen

El baño y su agua caliente a pesar de que solo había una toalla en una habitación reservada para 2 personas

Cons:

Le solicite en la reserva que la TV funcionará por qué hace un año me dijeron que tenían problemas con el internet y le creí pero justo un año después vuelvo y tomé la precaución de decirle y me respondió todo está funcionando a la perfección y resulta que es mentira no la TV ni el internet

Atención buena, agua caliente instantánea, muy limpio, cerca de mi punto de destino.

Cons:

Sintonizar algo en el televisor es un procedimiento para el cual tuvimos que llamar a la recepcionista, incluso para ella fue difícil, y luego de apagarlo, al día siguiente no pudimos volver a sintonizar ningún programa. Colchón incómodo, no está plano. Ruido del exterior. Algo que no pudimos definir, durante la noche nos ocasionó una alergia a mí y a mi esposa (picazón en el cuerpo, congestión nasal y dificultad para respirar), tuvimos que tomar un antialérgico para poder domir.

Nice, quiet and comfortable small place for a short visit to Bogota. No A/C. Suitecases on floor.

The staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly, caring, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel itself is spotless, cosy, and wonderfully quiet, with a great location close to restaurants, cafés, and public transport. Breakfast was tasty and served in a lovely, cosy room. I felt really comfortable throughout my stay and would definitely choose this place again.

Cons:

Embroidered emblems on the bedding and towels — a lovely touch, though the embroidery on the pillows and towels was a little bothersome at times.

Cute boutique hotel
Pros:

Large and most comfortable bed, sheets super soft and nice. Super friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom tight in size but functional. Clean and new boutique hotel. American breakfast okay, coffee was weak.
