Loves it! Would stay again if the price is right!
Pros:

Very spacious for a family of 4! Very clean and comfortable. The trendy brown chair was my daughter’s favorite feature along with the cute patio area to lookout to and hangout for some air.

Cons:

There’s nothing that we don’t like about the property.

A comfortable stay due to the size of the rooms, however more general upkeep of facilities needed.
Pros:

Size of the rooms were lovely and spacious.
Balcony was pretty. Some chairs on the balcony were needed.
Location … close to the station and Onsen.

Cons:

Facilities displayed signs of wear and tear. The corridor needed painting. Some walls were damaged.
No laundry facilities on site.

Pretty good option for training around kyoto, spacious for kids within room but no common lounge.
Pros:

Quiet enclave within a very central location, very clean bathroom.

Cons:

When I wanted to extend my stay, customer service asked me to make a second booking. After I updated them, they did not say anything about a different room type until a few days before checking in. I think don't think they are good following up on requests.

Pros:

Amazing location just a few minutes walk from Kyoto station but away from the busy street. It felt like staying with the "locals". The room was spacious, clean and with a very Japan vibe

Pros:

員工太棒啦，對住宿環境說明非常清楚，推蔫很讚的燒鳥店還幫忙預訂，氣氛非常好。房間很大，雙洗臉台，大浴缸寬敞的浴室，餐具一應具全，每天都會來更換新毛巾。大餐桌很好用，每天晚上聚在餐桌吃吃喝喝聊聊好放鬆，化妝也很好用XD，餐桌型的房型，窗戶不能打開，毛玻璃保護隱私，但白天陽光照進來，一點都沒有禁閉感。

Cons:

如果更多掛浴巾的裝置就好了，或是擺個竹籃放用過的毛巾也很好。

A very comfortable place to come back to in the evening. Nice to have breakfast in the room
