Perfect getaway
Pros:

The customer care/customer service was second to none. We were make to feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived. Staff seemed genuinely pleased to help, and that we had chosen to stay there.

The room was really large and had everything in we needed. The view overlooked the ruined Abbey and parkland.

Cons:

Breakfast, although tasty and of good quality was self service which meant it was kept on a low heat. Food which should have been crispy (bacon and hash browns) were a bit soggy.

Good but!!
Pros:

Lovely large room. Good to have 2 comfy chairs and not have to toss coin when only one. Good size bathroom excellent shower even if overbath. Bar meal very good

Cons:

Breakfast some elements poor. overcooked bacon snapped in half white and black pudding very dry. Didn't meet expectations due to breakfast only.
