Harsh, was very welcoming, kind helpful
The Landsbury is a absolutely nice and clean hotel. Especially the personal such as Harsh, were absolutely professional and fulfilled everything. Another important thing is, that the hotel is next to the banks-district where you can go out, have a drink or really good food. I can recommend the Landsbury at any time.
The location and friendliness of staff was great but we stayed in a ground floor room that had an adjoining door to the next room which meant it was very loud. We could hear the conversations of the neighbouring room. The pictures online do not match the hotel in real life, the area around the hotel is very run down and felt a little unsafe to step outside the hotel at night. The interior of the room was dated, the wall paper was peeling away from the under window wall, the heating system was very noisy through the night and the carpets were stained. There were no images online which showed this type of room so a bit misleading.

There was no restaurant or bar available when we stayed which was only told to us on check in so very disappointing
Were advised a £50 deposit was required on check in which was not disclosed beforehand. It’s released post check out/room inspection which was fine but not made clear upon booking

Se prenotate tramite booking, c'è scritto che il parcheggio, che ha posti limitati, può essere richiesto tramite booking. Purtroppo Il personale dell'hotel non risponde alle mail inviate tramite booking (avevamo scritto due volte che avevamo bisogno del parcheggio), per cui, di notte, al nostro arrivo, ci siamo trovati senza parcheggio e abbiamo dovuto lasciare l'automobile molto lontano, con un grave disagio.

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We were upgraded to a suite and the room was large while the comfortable bed was huge! Very good breakfast.
The staff were very helpful especially mustafa at the reception , however the hotel calls itself spa , but to get a booking is subjective to availability , so no point booking the hotel for the spa , but the building and staff and stay was very comfortable

Was told on check in the bar and restaurant were closed but wasn’t advised prior, we had the NTA to attend and obviously wanted drinks and food before, ended up eating at the O2 cost a fortune and rubbish food, at breakfast the next morning, arrived at 9.10 hot food had practically run out, no hash browns had to wait for bacon and eggs to be cooked, frozen bread was brought out, no fruit left.. coffee warm out the machine
