Close to DLR station. Clean.

Cons:

Not possible to open the windows and very often a strong smell of sewage water in the room and also in the corridors of the hotel. Hotel doesn't pay attention to details, for example all machines with tubes and pipes exposed behind the bar, cutlery , cups etc...are not the same at the restaurant.

Pros:

Cons:

Smells like waste water. Not possible to open the windows. Cannot keep the bathroom door open, it always closes automatically, it's annoying.

A lovely find
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and close to the station. The member of staff on reception was so welcoming and helpful. We were early and were able to store our luggage until the evening when we checked in. The staff in the restaurant were lovely too. We really couldn't fault the hotel at all as the room was beautiful and very spacious.

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn't like. Everything was good.

Cons:

Staff could be far more accomodationg and freindly, The most disappointing bit is my wife left her dress in the hotel room at check out and the hotel claim they coulfd not find it which is really disappointing. Poor in fact

Nice hotel, let down only by poor customer service with enquiries before the stay

Nice hotel, lovely rooms and breakfast.

Cons:

Poor communication before and after the stay. Several phone calls and messages to try and get replies to straightforward questions. Passed on to phone numbers that no one answered and had promises someone would call back but didn’t.

A good quality hotel with good staff
Pros:

Great hotel the reception staff were awesome and very helpful

Cons:

Couldn’t get a seat on the terrace as the staff said the terrace hadn’t been cleaned - so we went somewhere else
