A beltér nagyon hangulatos és minőségi. A Superior Szoba kifejezetten hangulatos, klasszikus Britt vendégszobát idéz. Tágas, Kényelmes, nagyon romantikus. Reggeli is szuper, a személyzet barátságos. Ivóvízről mindenhol gondoskodva van a hotelben.

Cons:

Egy dolog amit meg tudok említeni hogy a spa foglalási információk a hotel honlapján már nem aktuálisak, és az ezzel kapcsolatos megkeresésre se válaszoltak. Amint ott voltunk ez megoldódott hamar, de ezt frissíteni jó lenne. A közvetlen környék "csak" oké

We arrived exhausted after a long drive, and navigating the parking situation felt a bit stressful at first. However, Ernest stepped in immediately. He showed incredible professionalism, kindness, and calmness, helping us handle everything and personally ensuring our car was parked safely and conveniently.
This level of care from the very first moment truly sets the tone for a wonderful stay. Ernest is a credit to the hotel team and an absolute professional. Thank you so much for your help—you turned a stressful arrival into a seamless and welcoming experience! We will definitely be back.

Pros:

Fabulous Hotel.
Would highly recommend, the rooms are beautiful, lovely furnishings and the bed was very comfortable, lovely complementary toiletries and the bath robe was also a nice extra touch. Nothing too much trouble.
Ernest is a really nice man, very helpful and friendly.
The location is ideal, DLR is a 5 minute walk and provides access to anywhere you want to go.

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like ...but just a couple of observations....the towel shelf in the bathroom is quite high and could be difficult for the vertically challenged, some hooks would be useful in the bathroom too.

Poor sleep due to poor air conditioning shame as good apart from that
Pros:

The hotel was excellent on first arrival the staff was excellent. I feel I may have scored to low but the reason being the air conditioning did not work and considering how lively everything was it spoilt our stay as we could only sleep for hour or two as room was so boiling hot.

Cons:

Everything was lovely but air conditioning shirt work and reception couldn’t help or offer any fans on what was the hottest night of the year. We couldn’t open the windows so our room was a sweat box unable to sleep …..real shame as everything else was excellent

Luggage storage useful

Cons:

Impersonal . No central lounge or shared area. Restaurant in hotel charged for delivery of food in take away packaging... No room service. Room not very clean.

Not hotels fault but loads of building going on made wetting to hotel challenge with luggage. Check in very late at 15.00

Nice looking hotel but I would stay elsewhere if visiting
Pros:

Close to Canary Wharf for rail transport

Cons:

Lift was not working for the entire time I was there. The hot water in the bathroom sink was tepid which meant I had to shave with cold water mostly. The shower control is pretty much guesswork and the water was not very hot most days.
