Really pretty, very central location, great food
comfortable room and it has fridge for the drinks to store.
It’s just a bit noisy when people coming in at middle of the night.
I like the environment, room was well decorated and everything was perfect couldn't find any fault. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will recommend to visit at least once. Thank you

the hotel is in a good condition: the rooms are modern and well kept clean. there is also services like the sauna and steam room you can use for free, which is really nice. i found the staff helpful and very friendly: you can whatsapp them with questions or services on their whatsapp or go to reception 24/7. the tube is nearby so you can go to other places. there´s a deposit for the room, but they transferred the money fast back on the same day when i went away. it´s a safe and comfortable place to stay at.
it´s in a quiet neighborhood as you may know, so there´s nothing much to explore there. with the tube you can easily go anywhere though. the hotel definitely can make you reset and refresh after a day in the busy city of london.

I booked this hotel through Trip.com within hours of booking I noticed I had booked Sept instead of August. I rang the hotel and was told I was being transferred and then it went dead, I rang back and they told me there was nothing they could do and speak to Trip.com. So I contacted them (still within hours of booking) and requested modification to the date . This was rejected by the hotel , I then requested a cancellation and this was rejected again by the hotel. I checked and they had availability on the date I requested and was the same price I had paid . I offered to pay a charge for moving the booking but was told no again. Mind you when you book it says if you do not show you will charged a cancellation fee . I understand my part in this I made an error . However they have availability on the date I needed and it was requested HOURS after I made the booking. I emailed them using the email on their website and it bounced back. Trip.Com attempted to contact them multiple times on my behalf with no success. This hotels customer service is shocking and unhelpful, baring in mind I do not need it, I may still be charged a cancellation fee .

Lovely boutique hotel with a quirky feeling. Luxury feel but good prices. Quite well located for Docklands.
Getting to/from Docklands isn't great.
Clean, well kept and decorated exceptionally well. Air con in the rooms which helped with the heat! Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.
The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was big enough that it didnt feel cramped if two people where in it
The bar doesnt open very late, so if you want drinks or food late at night you either need to bring it in with you or get it delivered by one of the apps
Beautiful hotel! Excellent price and super location. Huge room too! A big mention to Harsh, on reception desk. Wonderful man! All the staff were lovely too, including restaurant / bar staff!
Location is quiet and pleasant, not sure what else is nearby as only stayed one night and were out elsewhere for that evening. Once you work out how to get back to Canary Wharf tube it’s easy… DLR even closer. Staff were friendly. Property is nicely decorated and clean. Didn’t have food there so can’t comment on the dining room or spa etc
Not much to be honest. Only slight gripe is the room controls for lights in particular are done via the app on the TV and that is fiddly and not very user friendly.. there’s nothing wrong with a traditional light switch guys. Also the app interface didn’t fit the TV screen properly so couldn’t easily use it. Oh and a few more sugars in the tea/coffee stash would be good but these are minor things!
