A great hotel, the staff was so welcoming and helpful. The room was great, we had plenty of room for a family of 4. We highly recommend!

The staff were all wonderful. I’ve been practicing Japanese in preparation for my Japan trip, but it was not needed here. Some staff spoke better English than I did hehe. I did appreciate how patient everyone was with me trying. The facilities were excellent. The music bar downstairs was a nice place to start my night with beer or cocktails. I appreciated having the laundry room downstairs (since I’m on a 3 week tour around Japan). I am a bit of a smoker and this was the first spot on my trip (previously Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, etc. that made it really convenient; hopefully I didn’t bother anybody). They forwarded my luggage and even held my stuff while I wandered around after check-out. This was my first hotel stay on my trip; I previously did Airbnbs for the first half, and I kinda regret it, knowing that there’s really accommodating hotels like this out there. I’m in Matsumoto now and I wish I could go back. ありがとうございます、またきます！
Nothing stands out. I guess the only thing I can think of is the laundry room being shared. You never know who your neighbors will be, and there was a bit of paper and dust that got on my clothes (from receipts and stuff in peoples pockets). Doesn’t reflect on the hotel for me, I genuinely loved this place.

The extra 1,000 yen I had to pay for an early check-in of 50 minutes only. I would have let it go but I wanted the room so decided to pay it anyways.

La ubicación muy buena para conocer la ciudad, las instalaciones modernas, espaciosas y limpias y el personal amable.
The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and supportive throughout our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and much of our room felt very new and well maintained. We really couldn’t fault the location, and the bistro bar area had such a wonderful atmosphere, with great music and absolutely delicious cocktails and food. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
It was a little unfortunate that the bar and bistro were closed on Sunday, as we would have happily enjoyed another evening there, but this certainly didn’t detract from what was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
