Great downtown location with plenty of shops and restaurant options close by.
Friendly and helpful reception staff with good standard of English.

Cons:

Room was very small with minimalist decor. Bed was up against the wall making it difficult to get in and out of. Limited room for suitcases and clothes. Probably okay for 1-2 nights but not for longer stays.

O bar do hotel dá uma dinâmica especial ao ambiente. Isso, junto com a gentileza dos funcionários é excelente.
A localização é muito boa também.

Cons:

Poderia haver opções diferentes - e melhores - de travesseiros.
Embora com espaço bom, talvez o layout dos móveis no quarto pudesse ser revisto para ficar melhor, sem a sensação de aperto.

Pros:

The stuff is very helpful.

Cons:

The curtains in the bedroom don't block the sun light. Forcing a very early wake up time.
The installation is quiet bad, our room on the 9th floor felt as a greenhouse every afternoon.

Pros:

The staff was warm and helpful and very knowledgeable of the area both through communication before our stay and during. The suite on the top floor was perfect for traveling with a small baby and the staff was incredibly gracious about traveling with a small baby providing a crib and a diaper pail. The listening bar in the lobby was great bonus as well!

Great place, excellent vibe.
Pros:

The music bar is great and the rooms are really comfortable and spacious. The location is excellent and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay here again happily. Staff went over and beyond to help with restaurant reservations.

We had a really pleasant stay at this accommodation. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the Music Bar, which had great drinks and an excellent playlist selection.

The staff we met were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They were easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable during our stay.

The location was excellent, with nearby attractions, restaurants, shops, convenience stores, and transportation all easily accessible.

Cons:

It was sometimes difficult to get a table at the Music Bar because it was quite popular and often busy.

An attractive hotel, with very helpful staff, but let down by the noise.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful and considerate. The location was convenient.

Cons:

The room was quite noisy, caused by guests in the room above. The restaurant/bar played very loud music as well from 4.00pm onwards, making it not a pleasant place to relax in.

One Great Stay
Pros:

The staff were friendly and very helpful. We were on the eighth floor with a great view of the mountains. The music bar was wonderful and the happy hour was a bonus. The Inn has a very sustainable green policy too.

Cons:

Our room had one chair only which was insufficient for two people.
Some drinking glasses would be good too.
