Pros:

L’emplacement est top, calme tout en étant près de rues très animées.
La déco est jolie.
On avait une très belle terrasse avec notre suite familiale.
Ils ont été plutôt arrangeants pour mettre un lit supplémentaire payant.
Généreux sur les bouteilles d’eau et produits de toilette.

Cons:

Quasi aucun rangement. Un tout petit placard penderie ( les cintres faces à nous), genre placard à balais. Étonnant pour une chambre pour 4. Résultat toutes les valises ouvertes par terre.
Pas de place non plus au niveau des lits superposés. Éclairage pas fonctionnel, on était obligé de se lever pour éteindre même pour les lampes de chevet. Juste une lampe sur la terrasse.qui doit faire 30/40m2, donc vraiment très tamisée le soir pour y dîner.
Une odeur désagréable dans la chambre.
Petit déjeuner pas bon, peu de choix et vraiment pas généreux. Système de menu ( un plat + une boisson), les plats n’ont aucun intérêt et sont sans saveur, les verres de jus d’orange rempli au tiers quant au thé, peu de choix et juste une petite tasse, pas de théière. Sans parler de tous les suppléments, pour avoir un jus pressé , du saumon avec les œufs brouillés etc. Nous avons trouvé que ce n’était ni bon et ni généreux pour le prix et le standing de l’hôtel. Nous l’avons dit au personnel qui n’y pouvait pas grand chose, mais qui s’est mis en quatre le jour d’après ( double dose de sirop pour les pancakes ! ).
On a aussi voulu essayer le room service pour le dernier soir, peu de choix sur la carte et pas de basique, le burger par exemple n’est pas servi le soir.
C’était notre dernier hôtel après un périple de 3 semaines au Japon, le plus cher et celui que nous avons le moins aimé.
Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon.

Too pricy for what it is.
Pros:

Very nice neighborhood, and nice lounge and bar.

Cons:

The room was damp and had a stale smell to it even with the AC on. The fan of the AC was not really changable so it was either hot or windy and cold.

Pros:

TRUNK (HOTEL) CAT STREET is now one of our favorite places in the world. We loved everything from the room, its amenities, our breakfast sets in the café, evening snacks and drinks in the lounge, and the overall location. It's a beautifully designed space with exceptional hospitality. We felt incredibly cared for and welcome. We are already dreaming about returning!
