Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit stilvollen und komfortablen Zimmern. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die ausserordentliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeitenden – insbesondere am Empfang wurden wir herzlich empfangen und hervorragend betreut.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag betrifft das Frühstück: Es war in Ordnung, entspricht jedoch nicht ganz dem hohen Niveau und Standard des ansonsten ausgezeichneten Hotels. Hier sehen wir noch Potenzial. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Great location. The room was comfortable, stylish, and clean. Appreciated all the little touches that made it truly feel like a 5 star hotel, such as slippers, bath robes, and nightly surprises left during turn-down service. The view from the rooftop was incredible - we enjoyed a delicious breakfast here every morning (breakfast included a varied buffet as well as a small a la carte menu). We had an amazing stay and woud love to return. Highly recommend!

Stylish hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel is in a really great location in the historical area of Lisbon. We loved having 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchenette and lounge area. We were very impressed with the room servicing. Every evening they came a second time to tidy, replace towels, remake beds if needed and leave a little gift for us. It made us feel very special. We also loved the rooftop area with an amazing view of Lisbon where ate breakfast.

One of the Best team of hospitable and helpful hotel staff we have ever met in all the Hotels we have ever stayed in out
Pros:

From the moment we stepped into the hotel we had a tranquil and relaxing feeling. Our room was amazing with lots of space and closets, big windows and high ceilings. There’s all kinds of amenities and well stocked with kitchen utensils, dishes and glasses. Very upscale quality branded appliances. We love the staff at the front desk. They are extremely conscientious and considerate to assist us with all our requests. They go out of their way to ensure we have an enjoyable stay. The roof top restaurant is fantastic with overlooking city and river views from afar. They offer a wonderful breakfast experience as well as brunch and dinner. There is a gym and spa right at the hotel as well. The location in Bario Alto is perfect location to walk to view points and lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a very good place to stay in Lisbon. We will definitely stay there again when we return.
