Cleanliness
5.5
Multiple reviews report serious cleanliness issues: cockroaches/roaches in rooms, ants in the bathroom, stained bed sheets, dirty pillows/mattresses, and strong urine-like restroom smells. Overall cleanliness is a clear weakness.
Service
9.8
Service sentiment is mixed but leans positive overall: many guests describe front desk staff as polite, helpful and nice, though a minority report rude or apathetic behavior and an unsatisfactory refund interaction.
Location
9.2
Location is frequently praised — described as great, close to needed destinations, and convenient — with a single complaint noting it can be difficult to access by vehicle.
Room Quality
7.5
Room quality is mixed: several guests mention comfortable beds and large rooms, while others report issues (kitchenette odor, dead insects, creaky beds, and occasional maintenance problems).
Amenities
7.8
Breakfast is generally described as good (positive amenity), but there are notable maintenance problems: non-working coffee machine, elevators in disrepair and held together with tape, and some disorganized/dirty breakfast area.
Value for Money
10
Multiple guests call the price reasonable and explicitly state the hotel offers great value and quality for a lower price point.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Breakfast is frequently noted as good and a positive aspect of stays, though at least one guest reported the breakfast area was dirty and disorganized.
Overall Experience
8
Overall experience is polarized: many guests enjoyed their stays and would return (good staff, comfortable beds, breakfast), while other stays were extremely negative due to cleanliness, maintenance and rude service; net result is a slightly above-average but mixed overall experience.

No thanks
Pros:

The price was reasonable considering the timing and options.

Cons:

There were roaches in the bathroom and the bedroom. I didn't like that the staff seemed apathetic then initially offered me a 40% refund. That was insulting.
