Absolutely perfect
Pros:

For our 2nd trip to Japan, we chose to stay at this hotel once again as our first stop in Tokyo, coming from Narita Airport. Just like last time (2 years ago), the hotel was absolutely amazing.

You pretty much have all the amenities that you need and the Deluxe Twin room had plenty of space to not feel cramped at all, even with both our big suitcases open. This is a big plus considering you're in Tokyo where most accommodations are on the smaller side. Everything was clean and the staff were helpful and polite.

Besides the fact that the hotel is amazing in itself, we fell in love with the area it's located in. You're very close to the metro, the SkyTree and the neighborhood is very quiet, clean and beautiful. Our 3rd trip to Japan will most probably start at this hotel once again.

Cons:

Not a "negative", but I'm just gonna copy and paste what I've mentioned in my previous review as a PSA to people: The whole bathroom area is "incorporated" into the room, meaning that it's not a separate entity and you only have a curtain between the two which is transparent, meaning that whoever's in the room area can see you showering. Even the toilet "room" doesn't have a proper door, but a frosted glass sliding one.

If you're a solo traveler, that's not a problem, but if you plan to stay in a room like this with a friend or a partner that you're not fully comfortable with, this can be a bit.. weird or even a deal-breaker, since you never feel like having full privacy.

For us, it wasn't that big of a deal, but others might want to know this beforehand.

必ずまた利用します。素晴らしいサービスでした。
Pros:

スタッフの方全員が懇切丁寧な対応でとても良かった。連泊ではありませんでしたが、翌日も無料で荷物を預かっていただけてとても助かりました。

Cons:

部屋の中のちょっとした隙間を使って、ポットやコップが収納されていたのは評価が高いですが、どこから開けたらいいか、何があるのかが分かりづらかったです。
文化の違う外国人の方はもしかしたら、無理やり開けているかもしれません…

Grosses schönes Zimmer in der Nähe vom Skytree
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, super gelegen in der Nähe vom Skytree. Die Lounge Idee ist super und macht Spass mit Spielen und auch angenehm, dass es immer Getränke hat. Die Waschmaschinen, die zur Verfügung stehen sind auch mega praktisch

Cons:

Das Einzige was ich schade finde, dass die Dachterrasse nur zum Schauen ist und nicht zum Picknicken, kann mir aber auch vorstellen, dass es dafür gute Gründe gibt.

Bei unseren nächsten Besuch in Tokyo würden wir das Hotel wieder buchen.

Die tolle Lage, die sauberen Zimmer, die Möglichkeit das Gepäck unterzustellen, die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen.

Das man die Wassergeräusche auf der Toilette nicht ausstellen konnte.

Pros:

The bread was great. It was nice to have games in the lobby and you were able to purchase wine or beer. The rooftop was cool and the manager opened it in the morning even though it had been raining but it was letting up. Thank you so much, manager.

Cons:

The beds were a little on the hard side. The pillows were really nice though.

Pros:

La situation géographique de l’hôtel proche d’une station de métro.
Quartier calme proche de la tour Skytree.
Le personnel est agréable et très serviable.
Nettoyage de la chambre à la demande.

Cons:

Chambre minuscule et matelas dur.
Petit déjeuner strict minimum mais le personnel fait le maximum pour réapprovisionner quand on le demande.
Parfois les ascenseurs (2) sont durs a avoir vu la taille de l’hôtel.
Rideau de douche taché.
