Pros:

I liked the environment the hotel gave to guests, from the free amenities that could be take at any time downstaires, to the free bread given for a late night snack. The room, although tiny, was perfect.

Cons:

The light situation was a little confusing. Other than that everything was fine. We enjoyed or stay.

落ち着いて過ごせる空間！
Pros:

清潔な部屋で快適に過ごせました♪
屋上の展望デッキは雰囲気が良く落ち着くスペースでした。
24時間提供されているパンが美味しかったです！

Cons:

良くなかったと言うよりは、気になった点です。週末でやや混雑していた為か、サービスのドリンクが空になっていました。
でも声をかけたら、快く対応してくださいましたよ！

Schönes Gebäude von Kengo Kuma mit toller Dachterrasse, super gelegen Nähe Sky Tree, gute Anbindung auch zum Flughafen, Zimmer klein, aber gut durchdacht, schön eingerichtet, guter Aufenthaltsbereich unten mit kostenlosem Brot und Getränken, Sitzgelegenheiten, Büchern, Spielen etc., Gepäck kann vor und nach dem Aufenthalt aufbewahrt werden (toller, unkomplizierter Service)

Nadherný výhled na Skytree
Pros:

moc milý personál s dobrou angličtinou. Na recepci hotelu je k dispozici stále drobné občestvení, káva a pečivo. Nadherná terasa na střeše hotelu s výhledem na Skytree!

velice malé pokoje, nešlo skoro ani rozložit kufr.

オシャレで1人でのんびりするには快適です
Pros:

24時間のドリンクバーと美味しいパンが頂けるのはとてもありがたかったです。シャンプーなど、きしまずしっとりとしていて、使いやすかったです。
コンビニや飲食店、ソラマチも近いので観光には良かったです。
スタッフの方も丁寧で、優しかったです。

Cons:

部屋の扉の開閉が重くて少し大変なのと、音が響くのが気になりました。
ロビーのパンなど夜中も取りに行けますが、館内着でいいのか、私服でいいのか分からず、私服で行きましたが、そこら辺の詳しい案内が欲しかったです。
部屋の中のコンセントの動線や戸棚の開け閉めが少ししずらかったかな？

小小的但什麼都有

很美的房間，特別喜歡松木板和不鏽鋼的設計，洗浴產品都是kose的系列，頂樓看的到晴空塔跟夕陽，服務人員很友善

訂的時候就知道很小，但真的有點太小了，想打開行李就要有在房間跳著走的覺悟
