Fun quirky bar across the road.
My family and I really liked the location and the provided lounge area. The food was very delicious! The hotel really suited our needs, and we were able to leave our luggage with staff before check-in so that we could still go out and explore.
The shower door and walls were almost entirely glass, and the bathroom was blocked off from the room by a curtain. While it wasn't sheer, the weaving of it meant that there was no real privacy in the shower.

Good location close to subway and JR station, Skytree view, less crowded than in Shibyua. Friendly and helpful staff and very good coffee at reception with lots of snacks
We liked the free amenities in the lobby. For example the snacks and the umbrella. We also liked the overall style of the hotel. The staff was always helpful. We did not use the rooftop because it was raining, but we can imagine it is great when it's good weather. The room felt clean and cozy, and the area felt extremely safe. Close to metro which can take you to a lot of places in the city (direct connection to Shibuya station and to Narita airport).
There is a box with loud waterfall/nature sound in the bathroom which turns on every time you step into the bathroom, and which you can't turn off... There is also not much storage in the room, but the rooms are true to size as what they look like in the pictures. However, we managed it with two big suitcases. If you are not a fan of metro, consider a hotel closer to the city center.
