Čisto je u sobama, dobra pozicija u odnosu na dio grada koji sam ja posjecivao.
Vrlo arogantan dio osoblja, bilo je izuzetaka.
Jako hladan pristup djela osoblja na recepciji, najvise sam neugodno iznenadjen arogancijom od duty manager Mr. Spark Wu. Ova osoba je prearogantna da radi recimo u vojsci, mozda zatvoraki manager je prava pozicija za njega.
Osim ovog "gospodina" jako neugodno iakustvo je s doruckom, izbor los, uglavnom losa azijska hrana, servisiranje hrane je na razini hostela, prljavi stolci,
pomalo oronuo interijer restorana gdje se posluzije dorucak.
Zbog svega sam dnevno isao na dorucak u hotel Hilton koji je pored Caeser Park Hotela.
Sobe zaista nisu lose, cak mogu reci da su vrlo dobro ali dio osoblja na recepciji i njihov manager osobito te dorucak dovode do zakljucka da ovaj hotel ipak treba zaobici.

The queue to check was sooo long...the hotel can let people check in early if the rooms are ready to avoid this huge queue at check in time.

Emplacement top. Confort correcte. Piscine avec une vue exceptionnelle (c’est en grande partie de ce qui fait le plus de cet hôtel). Le restaurant référencé au Michelin.
Un hôtel pas si grand. A noter que la piscine est partagée avec le Hilton, les 2 hôtels se touchant. Le lobby est fonctionnel…le bar et restaurant y attenant sont trop froids à mon goût. Petit bémol également avec les toilettes du lobby qui sont extérieures à l’hôtel et communes à l’ensemble du bâtiment .

但是浴室沒有抽風機 有時候洗熱水會有點悶 但是杯子有些污漬

It was a little busy when we stayed at the hotel due to basketball tournament but the reception/concierge staff were helpful and we didn't have to wait too long. After check out, we still had to wait almost the whole day before heading to the airport and it was great that we could still freshen up before going to airport. The hotel was near banqiao station, enough food/drinks/shopping options around the hotel.
We sometime could hear noises from the other room next to us but it is minimal. Since our room was quite big, we could easily ignore it. Other than that, nothing we didn't like.

我覺得應該有個平台可以知道中餐廳跟訂房是可以相連。因為我這次去卻不知道住宿凱撒，中餐廳是可以有折扣
Spacious room, great view from 27th floor. Prestige room facilities with free snacks and drinks was a bonus. Views over the city from the pool are amazing.
Coffee downstairs in lobby area is the best I could find in the area, somewhat decent. Great location 2 min walk from metro. Lots of food options available at station on B2 level including vegetarian eatery, poke bowls and the usual noodle and Japanese bars. The body wash was divine!! Beds were very comfy. Rooms super clean.
No food or drinks allowed in the pool area except water 😕.
