Pros:

ロケーションが非常に良かった。駅にも近く近代的な商店街、昔からの夜市、街の様々な身に接することができました。

Beautiful views, perfect location, and wonderful rooms
Pros:

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this property! A friend and I booked it months in advance so we got a fantastic deal and I was a little skeptical because usually “if it sounds too good to be true, it is”. But the staff was excellent (very welcoming), the location was conveniently situated across the street from the metro, the rooms were immaculately clean, & pool was beautiful (and a full 33m)! If I could stay here again I would.

謝謝凱薩大飯店員工的接待與照顧，讓我有美好的住宿體驗。
Pros:

住宿地點很好找 ，交通便利出板橋火車站和公車站界能看到，服務人員超親切 ，櫃台服務人員超貼心，我低血糖卻立刻來協助幫忙，房間舒適乾淨，而且有健身房和游泳池，餐點也很不錯值得來住宿。

Cons:

我這次的房間離電梯比較近，雖然取水方便，但是電梯的聲音比較大，隔音還是會聽到，美中不足可惜。

除了地點標示不明外，其他都很好！
Pros:

大門的櫃檯接待小姐非常主動服務，不愧是五星飯店！

Cons:

第一次造訪，從板橋高鐵站卻完全不清楚如何到達飯店？幾乎沒有標示。好不容易到了宴會廳二樓門外（退房後才知道是宴會廳），卻還是不知道裡頭有電梯可以直達一樓大廳門外，就又亂繞迷路，費了很大的勁兒才到飯店大廳！
