Breakfast on the first morning was excellent, however the breakfast the second day was disappointing & cold. The bed was really comfortable & so was the bedding.

Unfortunately we stayed when there was heatwave and no air con in the bedroom or window that opened more than a couple of inches. It was the last room available was at the side of the hotel the window was blanked out it was noisy because of air con/ extractors that were housed on lower roof outside. I’m sure it was not typical of other bedrooms and it wouldn’t put us off staying again but I would check room location before booking again
Location idea for Greenwood family park and welsh mountain zoo. Hotel bar and restaurant, warm, cosy and lovely quality food. Staff helpful and friendly
Rooms very noisy, thin walls, even on 2nd floor could hear music, people in next rooms talking, snoring. Manageable for one night but couldn't stay longer with little sleep

In camera non c’era un vero armadio.
Il servizio è lento e un po’ macchinoso.
Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, location is ideal for exploring North Wales with kids (boys age 7 and 9)
The staff were excellent, thank you also to the dark haired young lady on the desk who gave us some helpful info on places to visit, I saw 3 of those seaside towns today ty, and thank you to the blonde lady who helped me take my suitcase upstairs

Heel fijn en gezellig hotel vlakbij de menai bridge, mooie locatie en comfortabele kamers, heerlijk ontbijt en fijne faciliteiten. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Alles wat je nodig hebt in Wales!
Enige opmerking die ik heb is dat de waterdruk wat laag was in de douche, dit was wat minder fijn maar geen ramp. Verder was alles top!
