Hotel staff was great, decent breakfast, property was nice but unfortunately probably won't book again.
It may have just been a fluke of our luck, but the product did not meet what we consider basic expectations for a "SeaWorld view" room.
Roof was leaking when it rained, shower has no door so water was getting everywhere, basic cable tv, hot water in the shower took literally 8 minutes to get hot (was finally getting hot as you were getting out) and there was leftover painters' tape on the door from the painters. We did get transferred to another room, but it was on the second floor and not what we paid for our "Honeymoon Getaway"
This one might be on us for not double checking. You are 300 yards from SeaWorld, but it's the backside of it. The walk is 20 minuets to the front entrance.

El personal de turno noche del día 19 de agosto solo hablaba inglés quisimos preguntar algo en mi poco inglés y respondió no spanish no spanish, no permitió al menos poder conversar algo y volteó su cara para atender a otra personas dejándonos con la palabra en la boca
Size of the room and the kitchenette, there was also a great variety of kitchen equipment available upon request.
I wouldn't include the breakfast having the kitchenette available.
I could hear when anyone was in the hallway.
When opening the bathroom door it was very close to the toilet.
I also found someone's sock under the chair.

The staff was nice the hotel was decently clean
Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing. I had pre-selected/requested a crib before our arrival, but it was never placed in the room. I even reminded the staff about the crib when I checked in early around 8 AM. We left and returned to the hotel around 6 PM, and the crib was still not there. I had to ask again, and it then took over an hour for it to finally be delivered.
The AC was also a major issue. The temperature could only be adjusted using the controls on the wall unit, and even with the AC set continuously to 60°F, the room would only cool down to around 74°F according to the wall thermostat. It never seemed to cool the room properly.
On top of that, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.
Overall, between the crib being forgotten despite requesting it ahead of time and reminding staff at check-in, the AC not working properly, and the uncomfortable bed, the stay was much less comfortable than expected.
