Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport

Hotel seemed to be extremely understaffed.
The property and rooms are very clean which is nice. I was apparently one of the few in my large group that had the unfortunate luck of a room with a shower curtain. Very few amenities in the room- no shower cap. Housekeeping was great and very responsive. No recognition of status and when tried to change to a king bed was fold it would be $50 a night extra. Restaurants and bars understaffed so service took quite awhile. Food was good but menus need to be expanded since there aren’t many options.
Rooms are very dark but this is my 3rd Hyatt in 3 months and that seems to be pretty consistent. I don’t understand why!

Amazing waterfront experience and hotel. Would highly recommend for family or business stay! Was an amazing father son get away and the view from the outdoor deck and restaurant was amazing.

We were dropping people off at Seattle airport late at night so we booked a hotel close to airport. What an unexpected wonderful surprise this hotel was. Beautiful location , great new hotel with lots of amenities and great walking paths

Brilliant place to stay to recover from flight UK to Seattle.

We recently attended a beautiful and memorable wedding at this venue. The location is lovely, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained.

Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing and did not meet expectations. If you are considering hosting an event here, I would strongly recommend carefully considering the quality of service before making your decision.

1) Inspite asking there was no one to help with the bags
2) they claimed not to have staff for cleaning services
3) they charged me for valet parking when I did not have the car - they refunded it when I saw the receipt
And this list can go on and on

Our go-to staycation in Seattle. Beautiful hotel. Wonderful pool, steam room, hot tub and even better service. Such a great area with lots to do. On site Spa is terrific. 10/10 book now.

Had a truly wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington! From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The resort-like atmosphere made it such a relaxing escape right by the water. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a seamless, comfortable, and scenic getaway. Looking forward to returning

August is a time of pleasant, cool, and peaceful weather. The long daylight hours are perfect for relaxation. I hope you will be just as impressed as I am.

Great venue for a wedding. The staff is amazing but the Restaurant market needs a lot of improvement beside that amazing place.

Excellent stay. Front desk, Gage, was incredibly helpful. Our room with terrace overlooking the water was spectacular. Will return!

Normally I check things like this but I was tired. I showered pulled sheets back and checked bedding and fell asleep and I woke up to 3 pillows that looked like this. My hair is blonde braids no red dyes so you can imagine why I was freaked out. I immediately call front desk and housekeeping and requested that they come and look at it. It was like 7am the housekeeping manager George/Jorge advised to come. Never showed up instead sent someone to come change out the pillow cases. I asked her (Tui) what was she there for she advised her manager sent her to change sheets and pillow cases. I said no they need to see it she took pictures with her phone and changed the pillow cases only and left. I didn't matter I was checking out today. It was around 9am still now housekeeping manager or front desk manager came to room. I took pictures and got dressed and went front desk to express concern. Spoke with Christopher that asked if housekeeping manager ever show up I advised no not for over 2 hours now. He then advised that they were sold out and understaffed. Not sure how this is a problem of mine when you just billed me $400 + dollars for one night stay and dinner (grilled prawns and salad) because everything else was sent back bread was a black I mean burnt sent back and return with rolls that were a brick as well. I tapped it on the plate for the waiter he apologized and the crab cake was grainy and I was advised they are gluten free but grainy as it they made with some batter. So couldn't go wrong with salad. Order breakfast to go. Charged 18% gratuity on receipt as service fee. Host kept coming back with gloves on from kitchen when he brought I my food. Check it and missing $14 fruit and also bagel that comes with food and to wait for this host went back in kitchen to get it. Understaff here host helping in kitchen preparing the food, seating table and manning front. Went back to front desk to get check out receipt and advised that they couldn't provide until after investigation of bedding and overall service. Christopher gave me a card to text with photos, I had to leave so I sent text photos. Received a response of advising as a gesture of good will 10,000 point this isn't enough point to accommodate the stat that was charge this doesn't event include the service. I inquire back and advised this and was told sorry it doesn't meet your standards or expectation. I just wanted to see what it would cost to book another not stay and the minimum point are 20,000. Horrible service and hotel could care less about experience and advised incident will be used for training.

Wonderful location with the best views and friendly staff — makes traveling for work fun! Spa services are always a delight, too.

Clean and great area. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was fantastic. We booked through Costco and will definitely book it again

Beautiful resort, breakfast at waters table overlooking the lake was great. Housekeeping was spotty and didnt empty the trash. I was hopeful for some upgrade having used a guest of honor award, but was initially given a downgrade to a regular room with a lakeview before being moved back into the regular suite i reserved. I checked online and there looked to atleast be one lakeview suite available.

Beautiful location and views, amazing modern hotel, gorgeous rooms, friendly employees, great amenities and gym, awesome restaurant.

Fun amenities outside the hotel and had a nice pool and hot tub, and beautiful Lake Washington surroundings but unfortunately the level of noise level at the hotel was a major negative. This hotel needs soundproofing being next to the Boeing factory, we heard banging, clanging and forklifts all night long. Noisiest hotel I've ever been to, and when it comes to getting a good night rest, we did not get it. The rooms are quite expensive as well and TV options are bleak. The souless rooms were not dirty exactly, but a bit shabby, with no homey or comfy touches nor artwork/decor, and the sheets had a little holes all over in them. The family rooms however are great, worked well with our family of five.

Beautiful layout. The dock has a fantastic view. Just far enough from downtown Seattle to enjoy both worlds. We opted to forego Seattle just to stay at the hotel.

This hotel was the perfect final stop on our 9-day vacation! It was spacious, well laid out, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had views to the garden, and some to the lake. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. We also enjoyed the amenities and dining along the lakeside. Great stay!
