As Seattle residents, we love visiting this hotel because it feels like an escape even though it's only a short drive away. The lake view is so peaceful and now visiting with kids it's awesome having the Gene Coulon a short walk away with play structures for kids of all ages. The rooms are beautiful, functional and the service excellent.

They didn’t schedule us properly for our spa treatments so we didn’t end up getting them. No way to rebook before we had to leave. The whole trip was for that purpose so it was kind of a waste. No one around in the spa to interact with and get help. They do have a nice big hot tub in the pool area so that’s the only plus.

Resort fee was doubly charged. The room was not ready even after the checkin time. Accessiblity info was incorrect. Checkin staff was not customer friendly.
Jasmine at the front desk, along with several other staff members, was exceptionally professional, warm, and accommodating throughout our stay. Jasmine in particular went above and beyond, including giving my disabled brother a small toy that he loved. That kindness meant a great deal to us, and she is a tremendous asset to your organization.
The only negative part of the stay was the young woman with long dark hair working the loyalty program check-in area. She was extremely rude, condescending, unhelpful, and at times almost hostile, which stood in sharp contrast to the rest of the staff.
Overall, Jasmine and the broader team made the stay a very positive one, and I’m grateful for the care and professionalism they showed.

I think you already know that the menu and food are not as spectacular as the hotel and amenities. Service was excellent, but the execution of the food and menu choices could use a refresh. I will be back soon for work, and if it's the same, I would probably eat somewhere else.

Great location, amazing property, very clean rooms and friendly staff. We had a room with a beautiful view of the lake. You can see amazing sunsets and there are lots of great restaurants nearby.
What a surprising nice hotel located in Renton and just minutes away from SeaTac. The food at Water’s Table is actually delicious! We started coming here as a stopover for flights out of SeaTac but now we actually look forward to visiting and consider it the start of our vacation.
This hotel is absolutely stunning. The rooms felt fresh and spotless, the interiors are beautifully designed, and the views of Lake Washington are truly breathtaking. Every team member I encountered was gracious, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.
The location is another major plus—less than a 15‑minute drive from the airport. I was visiting on a business trip, and the short commute was welcome after a six‑hour flight. Photos on the website don’t do this property justice; it’s even more pristine and beautiful in person.

Beautiful hotel and setting on Lake Washington. Very clean and modern hotel Would stay here again. Bed was very comfy, walk in shower.
Beautiful location overlooking the lake, right across from the Landing which has several restaurants and retail stores for easy walkable access. At least 20-30 mins away from the city which was perfect for us. And we lucked out because it was sunny.
