Clean, comfortable and central.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and so close to major attractions. Great breakfast.

Cons:

It may be the Georgian way but I found some staff, especially in the dinning room, rather cold and with a "take it or leave it attitude." Whatever our customs or cultures, a smile is always a winning formula.

השירות של העובדים בכל מחלקה שהיינו בה, ניקיון ברמה גבוהה, חדרים גדולים, המסעדה בקומה 4 מצוינת הסושי הכי טוב שאכלתי בחיי.

הקזינו פחות מתאים לחובבי פוקר הולדם ואולטימייט שמשחקים בסכומים נמוכים.
בליינדים מאוד גבוהים.

Overall, Ambassadori Tbilisi Hotel was a great experience.
Pros:

Great central tourist area location. Rooms are clean, and bonus was the presence of toilet spray which is very hygienic. Nice breakfast area with big variety of dishes. Modern lobby with nice decor. I also recommend you try burnt basque cheesecake at the Mozaiko restaurant :)

Cons:

The room did not have a window. Staff although polite but should be friendlier and more helpful. Every door man never said hello nor smiled nor offered any help. Utilities like bank and water supplier use the main hotel entrance which blocks the cars and taxis, would be better if they used a different or back entrance. Hotel restaurant on the ground floor has a poor menu for lunch and dinner, could be better.

I’m not sure I would consider staying here again.
Cons:

1- Restaurant: For a five-star hotel, the restaurant service was surprisingly poor. There were too few staff, they were not welcoming, and the tables were not properly prepared with napkins, sugar, salt, etc. No one approached us to take our food or drink order, and even the chef got our order wrong twice.

2- Entrance Staff: On our way back to the hotel, our taxi driver was playing Arabic content. The hotel guard raised his voice at the driver and told him not to play anything Arabic. The way he said it felt disrespectful and discriminatory, which was very disappointing and inappropriate for a hotel of this standard.
