The staff is very, very nice. The hotel's location is excellent near the old city. The hotel looks high standard.
It turns out there is an option to book a room without a window, and without me noticing, that's the room I booked. The room is not ventilated and is of course dark as a result. The breakfast is poor with no selection.
They put a lot of things in the minibar so there's no room to put your own things.

Location, breakfast menu
Mattress too hard , pillow not comfortable, bell guys not even try to help with suitcases , very busy talking to each others. Room cleaning was few times too late .

Location was good. The place is clean and pool/spa is a plus! Breakfast is delicious.
The breakfast staff could have been more attentive and welcoming.
We had booked and paid for an Executive Room for our four-night stay, but were initially assigned a Premium Double Room instead. The room was changed to the correct category only after we pointed out the mistake. This experience was disappointing and did not reflect the level of honesty or customer service we expected.
