It was a beautiful villa, spacious and very luxurious,,the room even if it wasn't what we booked it was still very nice and spacious, we love it

Cons:

Unfortunately the lift wasn't working an there was lots of stairs , the breakfast place was always closed and the water in the swimming pools super cold,still the place was superb, breathtaking, and Unfortunately are room was definitely not what we booked but it was still fantastic 😀 will definitely go back,,highly recommend 😀 👍

Cons:

I cannot recommend this property based on safety and communication issues. During my stay, my room door was left unlocked by staff, and the property was under active construction with unsecured access points. When I raised concerns, the management shut down communication and refused to address the situation adequately.

The location is beautiful, but basic safety and respect for guests were not upheld. Travelers should be aware of this before booking.

Secluded villa from back in time.
Pros:

This is a great location if you want to stay on the South end, visit all the private beaches and enjoy some quiet seclusion. There are only 9 rooms making this an amazing set up for those wanting to get away.

Cons:

The facility is under construction right now adding a section to the bottom. While it’s a beautiful property it’s is starting to show some signs of wear.

We had a great experience. The staff was kind and very attentive. We felt safe and enjoyed the privacy of being in a Villa. If there was an issue, It was resolved quickly. The views are absolutely beautiful and worth it!

Room was clean and beautiful and the staff, although small, was very helpful with anything we needed. The grand room was really nice and comfortable. There was some noise from the water taxis and some music playing around town but got quiet around 10p. The small village of Boca is quaint, quiet and mostly working class and felt very safe to walk around. The restaurants near the hotel were very reasonably priced and some of the best food on our trip. If you want fancy, tons of amenities, and shopping, maybe try elsewhere.

If you want to get away from hustle and bustle and slow the pace down this is a peaceful spot. Felt like we were the only guests most of the time. Water taxi to Yelapa waterfall was one of our highlights. We also did a snorkel excursion to Los Arcos and drove over to El Tuito for its botanical garden. I would definitely return to this area. The locals were very friendly and polite. The pool was a great and not crowded at all.

Una villa de ensueño en un lugar increible
Pros:

Vista increible sobre el mar y boca de Tomatlan. Villa de alto standing, spaciosa y muy limpia.

Cons:

no habia posibilidad de desayunar. y lastima del poco mantenimiento en la villa (no cambian los focos, conexiones electricas que no funcionan, etc)

Las instalaciones del lugar, la habitación y vista. La playita cercana con oleaje muy tranquilo y está el alojamiento está a un costado del poblado Boca de Tomatlán, tiendas cerca.

Cons:

No facturan y está un poco alejado del centro de Puerto Vallarta.

Pros:

I liked the view from the room to the shore and the pools.

Cons:

I did not like that I felt like I was in a ghost town. It felt like we had the hotel all to ourselves. There were construction workers working on the hotel. There were leaves all over the entrance. I had crabs, butterflies and ants in my room. I was charged more than what my booking said. I did not feel safe. The rooms were huge though. I would recommend to book the entire stay if you have a large family. If it just you or a couple do not stay there. It is about 30 min down to the town. You need transportation to get anywhere.
