Pros:

Location is close to mall road. Hotel has good views and is clean and modern.
Staffs are great. Very responsive.

Cons:

Food is extremely expensive for all summit hotels.
The family room is very small. Not a great value for money. I paid 7k per night. But the room was comparatively smaller and claustrophobic

Best property near Mall Road.
Pros:

The Hotel location was far better than we expected. It was walking distance from Mall Road. The view from our balcony was Chef's kiss. You could see the Toy Train running as well. Would recommend 10/10.

Cons:

There was a problem with the key not working, which the staff helped resolve promptly.

The view was breathtaking, the food was good, all the equipments worked properly, the room was comfortable and spacious

There was no lobby or a lounge area, no swimming pool, there weren’t much of recreational activities
