Really lovely property. Ideal location
Pros:

The location was fantastic. 2 minutes to the beach. Shops, bars and restaurants. 5 minutes to the tram. It was just ideally located!! Rooftop seating and barbeque area was great to have. Having a washer/dryer was really handy also. Overall I would highly recommend this property!!

Cons:

The gym was very basic and small and I didn’t like the camera on you when you’re working out!!

When we arrived our door code didn't work on outside door, a bit stressful, had to wait for someone to come out of door, our code worked on room door thankfully. Was sorted after two phone calls.

Very disappointing. Apartment did not reflect web site advertising.

Roof sitting area.

Cons:

1. All windows in apartment looked out to concrete walls one metre away. No natural light. Not what was advertised.
2. Because of above, useless mobile reception in unit.
3. Last minute security unexpected deposit required even though full payment made.
