Our home away from home!
Pros:

This was our home away from home for our family of 7. We stayed twice in June/July & booked the luxury 4 bedroom both times. The rooms are spacious, clean with modern interiors. There was a washing machine & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, large living/dining room, a tv in all bedrooms & comfy beds. Location was walking distance to Ben Nghe Street Food, Saigon Centre, Vincom Centre and Ben Thanh Market but it wasn't on a busy street. Staff were all friendly. Breakfast was limited but adequate. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like.

Overall experience was ok. But the room could have a thorough cleaning.
Pros:

Location is good with walking distance to many places. Staff were very attentive and cheerful. Always served with a smile.

Cons:

There were ants in the room and the furniture was stain.

Exceptional preofessional staff great location and facilities, buffet was perfect to start the day!!
Pros:

Beyond happy with staff and facilities professional friendly and great location. I misplaced our passports and the staff went above and beyond to help me and my family in a stressful time. I could not recommend them enough particular mention to the hotel manager, head security and head of cleaning team! We appreciate you all and looking forward to seeing you all again in the future. Cam on :)

The rooms were an older property but very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the Air Con unit on the balcony facing towards where you were standing. So, you couldn’t really utilise the balcony space due to the hot air from the Aircon unit.
The breakfast selection was quite average, but still nice.😊
