location is good, washer/ dryer handy

Cons:

-charged me for water even though I replaced the bottle
-door misaligned, hard to close/open
-night stand light, loose connection, flickering all night
-hotel is old & dated

Exceptional stay for family in heart of the Ho Chi Minh City.
Pros:

We stayed here for 2 nights.
Our stay here was excellent. We loved the property, its prestine location, the ammenities, the Hotel location is in the heart of the city.
The best part was the staff. Their hospitality was exceptional. From reception staff to all others, a big thank you to all you of you.
There was this young fellow Mr Cuong, at the main Gate entrance and handling the baggage of all the guests. He was exceptional person, full of heart, cheerful in greeting guests, and handling their convenience. We want to convey our Special thank you note dedicated to Mr Cuong. All the staff had the same approach and all of them were very polite and caring and always welcomed us with grace.
The property ( the apartment ) was the class apart. It had all the things required for a family to feel home away from home.
From fully functional Kitchen and appliances to a superb comfy bed and the balcony and overall amenities and room service was exceptional.
We loved it, and would definitely recommend to every family who is planning to visit Ho Chi Minh City.

Great location and really friendly staff
Pros:

We loved our stay here! The location was great and our room was much larger than expected. The staff was especially helpful with flagging down our Grabs when we called them and always greeted us when we left or came back to the hotel. Everyone was so friendly and attentive!

Excellent hotel with a great location
Pros:

Excellent hotel, central location. The rooms are very clean and having a washing machine and dryer is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my third time at this hotel. I wouldn’t stay anywhere egg lse.
