Las alternativas que me ofrecieron para disfrutar mi estadía ya que el mar estaba muy indispuesto sin embargo buscaron la forma de que la pasara muy bien.
Las instalaciones siempre limpias y muuuuuy cómodas, me encanta.
Que el agua dependa de la luz, hubo apagón en la zona pero tampoco era posible usar la regadera porque no había agua debido a que la bomba me dijeron funcionaba con electricidad y la planta de luz dejo de funcionar.

Ontbijt was 200m verder in een hotel, veel lawaai van naburige clubs, bergen zeewier op het strand wat niet werd verwijderd of geruimd.
La cortesia del personale, Paula molto gentile e anche tutto il resto dello staff. Posizione dell'hotel top e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ovviamente c'era il sargasso ma a Tulum ci sono anche dei Cenote splendidi!

The room was very clean and the facilities were excellent. Despite being near some loud venues it was quiet and relaxing in the evening. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Location wise, being on the beachfront it was perfect!
We didn’t mind walking to another hotel for our breakfast, but the breakfast itself was a little limited (eggs or pancakes). It was still tasty, however.
Die Unterkunft hat mit ihrer Einrichtung einen besonderen Flair , es gab eine richtige Bettdecke und es war sehr gemütlich. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Richtig heißes Wasser gab es leider nur am 1. Tag, danach musste ich leider kalt duschen. Ich habe leider zu spät Bescheid gesagt. Danach konnte das Wasser zumindest wieder auf lauwarm gestellt werden.

Breakfast was tasty. But If staying more than three days is not worth it to take breakfast included, offering just three choice of plate and its always the same. Overall, was nice stay
It's a beautiful accommodation right on the beach. Carla and the rest of staff are great and very friendly and attentive. Rooms are beautiful and the beds are sooooo comfortable.

Mmmm, can't say there was anything we didn't like other than not staying longer.
