Pros:

It's a beautiful accommodation right on the beach. Carla and the rest of staff are great and very friendly and attentive. Rooms are beautiful and the beds are sooooo comfortable.

My girlfriend and I flew in for a quick trip and regretted not staying longer.

We were more than impressed with the location and price at Casa Ganesh. It is close to restaurants, shops, entertainment venues and more.

Buena ubicación, aseado, las habitaciones son bonitas. El servicio del desayuno es nefasto.

Es muy limpio y está bien ubicado.

Cons:

El desayuno no era en el mismo hotel, teníamos que trasladarnos a otra sede de la cadena y en esta otra sede (Ahau), el servicio fue muy deficiente, supremamente demorado, muy limitado, se supone que era un desayuno americano y la única bebida que te ofrecen es café o aromática (ojo, no se puede repetir porque te lo cobran), ni si quiera ofrecían jugo y sólo había tres opciones de plato.

Pros:

Everything is truly excellent! The location, the beach, the staff, the service, the apartments, you name it, everything is spot on!

Cons:

There was really nothing that disappointed us. The staff is fantastic, and the beach is cleaned neatly every morning. You are right in the middle of the busiest part of the street, but we didn’t experience any inconvenience from it, that’s something you choose. It might be less suitable for people who want to go to bed early… but again, that’s not why you come to Tulum!

Podobała mi się kameralność hotelu, przemiła obsługa, pomoc w rezerwacji hotelu. Do tego dwa kroki do plaży. Bardzo wygodne łóżko! Mogłam korzystać ze wszystkich atrakcji hotelu partnerskiego Ahau

Cons:

Ponieważ hotel jest mały i odgrodzony murem od sąsiedniego obiektu w pokoju typu standard na parterze nawet za dnia jest dość ciemno. Ale to było jedyna niedogodność

Rundum perfekt und direkt am Strand.

Nichts. Aber wer seine absolute Ruhe braucht, sollte wissen: Direkt neben der Villa ist ein Beachclub, der abends schon eine ganze Weile laute Musik spielt. Uns hat es überhaupt nicht gestört.
