Great staff go out of their way not just part of their job. They are genuinely there to help.
Pros:

The most amazing Hotel I've ever stayed in we've stayed in many many different parts of the world

Cons:

If I would have one little gripe it was that the rooms are very warm obviously being quite old in many parts it doesn't have air-conditioning in the room.

Our evening meal was very enjoyable. Brianna was an exceptional waitress and paid attention to every detail with such charm.

Will keep coming back for the atmosphere, price and service
Pros:

Easy to get to, beautiful location and the staff were fantastic- the restaurant has just closed but they still got us some food and made a cocktail that was so good when I asked them to surprise me- we named it the Beth Dutton

Cons:

I have stayed several times now and the rooms are just too warm- fans or air con needed as the rooms are big but exceptionally warm each time

Very pleasant stay, The room, the food, and the overall ambience were great. Highly recommended.

Everything was great, a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The lady who checked us in wasn't very helpful or friendly. The only part of our brief stay that I couldn't compliment. However, other staff members were much more helpful and pleasant, which made all the difference.

Ok, but not very family friendly
Pros:

The location and surroundings were lovely. Staff in the terrace bar and swimming pool were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Staying as a family of four, generally got the impression throughout the stay that this property is not particularly family friendly. Food in the restaurant was nice but room service later for dinner was only just ok and quite expensive. The bathroom in our hotel room had some black mould and cobwebs, and the swimming pool area also had evidence of mould and peeling paint on the walls. Reception staff could have been more informative and friendly on arrival and departure.
