Breakfast was good. The room was good.
I attended a wedding, The bar had one barman who didn't seem to be very experienced. He had no idea who was next when going to the next person which meant at times I was waiting at the bar for upwards of 15 minutes. The Guinness was poor and he could not make me the drink I requested as he said that could only be done at the main bar. This would put me off going to this location again. We got a room with a balcony. I was very dissappointed with the balcony also. It was tiny and not particulary clean. There was a just painted sign on the railing which was flapping about.
I was there for a wedding and overnight stay. The outdoor garden space was very pretty and comfortable. The wait staff at the reception along with the food was exceptional. The bar staff was efficient but not friendly or chatty. Breakfast was excellent. The room was quiet,comfortable and clean

Breakfast and evening meal were lovely. My son loved the passion fruit smoothie at breakfast. Pool was great with nice temperature of water and staff were all friendly.
There was no AC in the room and it was during a heatwave and room was super hot and stuffy. There was a fan but really was too hot

The building, grounds, rooms,facilities and staff were great.
There was very little ventilation in the room a small window but with the heavy curtains little/no air entered the room. A fan was provided but it was incredibly hot in the rooms.
Beautiful setting, beautiful room. Service from staff was excellent & good - depended.
The room wasnt as clean as Id have expected. I tild the receptionist & she did offer to get a manager for me to speak with, but I just couldnt be bothered
