This fantastic place ticks all of the boxes.
Smart combination of past and present design. Such a pleasant staff in restaurant. Great menu with huge portions and seasonal ingredients.
Beautiful landscape with flowers that you can smell from the distance.

The “ cupboard was bare”
Pros:

In many respects I was very pleased with the hotel, rooms very comfortable, staff pleasant and friendly. But I was very disappointed with breakfast.
Arriving in the dining room at 10.00 am, to all intents and purposes the “cupboard was bare.” Clearly there is no policy of replenishing the food as required.
There was little or no choice and what was available was below any decent standard.
As a consequence I was very disappointed to leave the hotel feeling that myself and my friend weren’t valued guests.
The final parting always matters.

Cons:

Cold buffet breakfast . Long walk to the lift. Did not like the balcony where you can sit and smoke. An ashtray sitting on a balcony table.
