Size of the rooms
Fantastic experience! The entire staff is amazing, especially Craig, who was incredibly kind. The room was super comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had a great layout. The location is truly unbeatable. Everything is kept spotlessly clean, and the vibe is very quiet and peaceful. 10/10!
Regarding. location - you cannot do better. All important is just next door - bagel places, supermarkets, sightseeing, several parks and subway stations.
I guess the high price for the room is understandable regarding the location. Room could be better equipped, there were no chairs, it was rather dark and bathroom was really basic.

bad smell and the air-conditioning wasn’t working properly the hotel is super noisy !
As soon as we walked in, Craig was so friendly and helpful!! We got there early and he was able to go ahead and get us a room, upgrade us from a single to double beds and arranged for travel crew to be on the same floor. He got us a cold bottle of water and made us feel at home with good conversation. There were free cold drinks and candy in the lobby, which came in handy with the hot weather. The staff here goes above and beyond in so many ways even to getting you an elevator ready. I will say the restaurant crew could take some advice from the rest of the staff. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

We stayed at the Moxy for My husband’s company event. And they chose to house all of us at The Moxy time square hotel. This was my first time ever in New York and we absolutely loved that hotel. It was next to so many things to go check out. Everything was in walking distance. The staff was amazing. Very helpful. My favorite staff was this bartender lady on the second floor long brown hair. She was amazing and so kind And very attentive. The rooms were small, but I expected that. I wasn’t trying to stay in my room all day. I just needed a place to sleep to go to the event and to explore New York. Even though our flight left in the evening, they held our luggage in the bottom floor, which was amazing we loved that once again, super helpful staff definitely recommend to others so glad my husband‘s company chose to stay at this location.

The loft room was great for two friends travelling, bathroom was good size
No kettle or coffee machine, hairdryer did not have nozzle, extractor fan did not work (was reported and not dealt with), rooftop bar was overpriced and with poor service, no chair for the desk, location being Times Square was a stretch
This was my second stay at this hotel and I will definitely come back. Staff is always perfect and how not to mention GIOVANNY the best staff member ever. See you again Moxy Times Square 🎉
Craig and Taran were extremely helpful and kind at the front desk. They even gave us early Check In.
Craig was an absolute sweetheart! he was so kind and helpful and idk what he’s getting paid but he deserves a raise! the room is gorgeous although i wish we had a better view than a brick wall but it’s nyc i expect nothing less. very excited for the rest of our trip here!!
