I couldn’t be more happy with a hotel! Rooms are clean and modern. But most importantly the people here are so friendly and go above and beyond to maybe your stay fantastic. Big shout out to Kayla for being so patient and flexible with my booking. she’s been so lovely and really made my day.
Moxy was recommended by a NYC based colleague and it did not disappoint! Exceptionally central location, very friendly and helpful staff and the room was quiet, cool and very comfortable. Marcus was particularly helpful when I was struggling to get a taxi to the airport and called one for me. All in all a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Wij waren met 4 vrienden. 1 kamer met twee stapelbedden. Dat was klein. Maar prima te doen. Kamer is van alles voorzien. Dus helemaal goed. Hotel heeft leuke bar en prachtig dakterras.
Op de dag van vertrek kun je bagage beveiligd nog stallen. Perfect.

Absolutely the best hotel in NYC. From location to rooms it was perfection. The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable. It was the perfect mix of modern and trendy with great amenities. The hotel is located near Times Square, Rockefeller center, Bryant Park and Broadway making any of these destinations super easy and walkable. The hotel bar was the perfect place to unwind after coming back to the room for the evening with great cocktails and beers available. The parking garage is literally next door and also offers a discount for hotel guests. Honestly the best place I have ever stayed at in the city.
Perfect location for my business and pleasure travels. Great vibe and atmosphere with so much to do.
But, the real standout of my experiecne was the front desk Imani at check in. Moxy has a high bar and she exceeded all expections by being both professional and personable. It's amazing how her welcoming smile and attentiveness level set a fantastic stay. Imani is the type of employee that makes Moxy shine.
The room is sweet and small, but enough for 2 people.
The Location ist amazing, a 1 minute walk and you’re in the middle of the Times square!
Everything is very clean here in the hotel and they have a nice rooftop with an amazing view.
The service was great as well. Imani cared for us from the start, she was very nice and trusting.
But even though it was loud, because of the noice outside, we would always book this hotel again!
Great location.
Very disappointing - misleading advertising. I specifically chose this hotel because of the widely advertised roof terrace however was not allowed to access this with my teenager even during the day due to a minimum 21 year age limit. Having travelled from New Zealand this was incredibly disappointing. The hotel has a very young, clubby vibe and was comfortable but would not suit some traveler groups and the age restriction should be added to the facilitates info to avoid others experiencing the same issue.
