Times Square review
Pros:

It was good, but there was a lot of street noise in the front desk. Maybe could use a little more training but other than that the place was really nice and location was good not quite as close to Time Square as we thought but we were still happy.

Staff at the hotel were great and the location is ideal for tourism.
Pros:

The staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful and made check-in easy. The location of the hotel was ideal for tourism and sight seeing. There are lots of eating and drinking places nearby if you don't want to eat in the hotel. Also luggage storage for was a plus for people checking out before flight times for leaving etc.

Cons:

Our room was small for 2 people and not really enough clothes space for 2 people staying more than a few days. No chair, table/desk. Ideal room for 1 person.

Pros:

Room was tiny and boiling the air-conditioning was so loud you couldn't have it on. Noise from outside was so loud.
Staff not friendly.
Bar and gym nice.

MSG Bon Jovi Staycation
Pros:

Decided to make seeing Bon Jovi a bit of a staycation at the Moxy Times Square and it was well worth it! Drinks at Moxy Bar and dinner at Magic Hour were awesome and front desk staff were extremely helpful, especially Paloma thank you so much and we’ll be back!

Very nice experience!
Pros:

Craig and Paloma could not be any friendlier or helpful! They made our family feel so welcome every time we left and returned to the hotel. I cannot say enough about these two front desk employees the Moxy is lucky to have them.

Moe made my night. I didn't even make my Broadway show.. But he made the check-in process so smooth, that I almost forgot about the sadness I felt Missing the show.

Very impressed with the hospitality! 10/10
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Moxy. The entire staff was amazing. Giovanny was especially very kind and hospitable! I asked a simple question about getting to the airport to catch an early flight. He quickly set us up with a car service. I would highly recommend.

Moxy was good for overnight stay
Pros:

Clean great location. Staff was helpful

Cons:

Bathroom doors are not completely private. There are fogged doors but can still see shapes and people through it to some extent.

Disappointed!!!
Pros:

The property was fabulous and the front of house staff helpful throughout stay.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that there was a $230charge made against my room which I did not authorise. I questioned this on check out and was advised it would be picked up by the billing team… so far I’ve sent four emails and I’ve still had no response, not even an acknowledgement. Extremely poor customer service, and if planning to use this hotel, don’t leave until any unauthorised charges have been settled. Oh, and there is no customer service email address… what company in this day and age, does not have a customer service address?
