Peu de choses, je dirais juste le petit dej varié

Cons:

La piscine était soi disant chauffée, nous avions choisi ce logement (par rapport à d’autres plus proches de la mer) pour que notre bébé de 8 mois puisse aller dedans sauf qu’en arrivant un des hôteliers nous a informé qu’elle était « chauffée » à 21 degrés (or sur le site c’était marqué 28, info trompeuse!), la piscine a été ensuite fermée pendant 2 jours… lorsque j’ai demandé s’il était possible de la chauffer davantage pour notre bébé il m’a juste répondu que non.
Literie pas confortable (mal de dos), très bruyant quand on aère (bruit de la chaussée même la nuit), jet de douche très faible,…
Très cher pour l’expérience, nous sommes très déçus qu’aucun geste n’ait été proposé
Nous ne reviendrons certainement pas dans un hôtel Mercure, c’était les premières vacances avec notre bébé et nous avons été déçus de l’endroit (rare habituellement avec Booking)

Cons:

In de badkamer was een lege shampoobus aanwezig en geen douchegel zodat wij deze gevraagd hebben aan de balie waar een vriendelijke dame ons geholpen heeft. Ook waren er minder posten op de tv te krijgen dan andere jaren!
