Categories

Cleanliness
7.2
Mixed notes: some guests report issues (sale mirror, verwelkt bloemen attracting insects, older carpet) though no widespread severe cleanliness complaints.
Service
9.5
Consistently praised: friendly reception and staff, free upgrade for accessibility, dog-friendly, complimentary gesture for a birthday and attentive service across reception, bar and breakfast.
Location
8.2
Very convenient (near station, close to coastal path and town centre) but some guests note street/night noise and an unpleasant kebab smell in the building entry — overall good but with drawbacks.
Room Quality
9.2
Generally strong: comfortable beds and good bathrooms, spacious options and well-appointed rooms reported; a few mentions of narrow rooms or impractical layout in an accessible bathroom.
Amenities
7.8
Good facilities (pool, parking, AC, coffee/tea in room) but issues include limited pool space, occasional pool closure and some practical shortcomings in accessible-room fittings.
Value for Money
6.8
Weaker score due to multiple complaints about breakfast value (high price for perceived poor quality, watered-down fruit juice, expensive breakfast option).
Food and Beverage
7.4
Mixed feedback: several guests praised the breakfast, while others reported diluted fruit juice, not-hot cappuccino and overall breakfast quality below expectation.
Overall Experience
9.5
Overall very positive impression: many guests describe a fantastic/pleasant stay with good sleep, friendly staff and convenient location despite some specific negatives.

Pros:
