Royalty treatment
Pros:

My stay there was royalty. Nevruz ensured that I was treated like a real princess. Every staffs were very nice to me. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. One of the best in Istanbul. Close to all amenities and located in a lively street with so many nearby restaurant. Breakfast was very nice and room very clean and modern. As a solo traveler I felt safe ❤️ Nevruz definitely deserve a good raise for giving such a wonderful customer service. He has been booking cheap taxis for me, lift my suitcases so many times to ensure they are the correct weights. So impressed! I definitely recommend this place for your Istanbul vacation. Keep it up 😘

La atencion de todo el personal especialmente de señor Behman que estuvo en todo momento tratando de solucionar nuestros problemas y ayudarnos a localizar los lugares.

Cons:

A mi me gustó todo porque quería estar en un lugar para poder salir de noche a pesar de que fuera un poco ruidoso.

Отличное расположение, буквально в двух шагах от улицы Истикляль, хорошее транспортное расположение: метро недалеко, впрочем, как и автобусы с трамваем. Рядом много магазинов, кафешек. Комнаты чистые, показалось, что даже лучше, чем на фото. Персонал прекрасный, очень вежливые и приветливые

Cons:

Много читала в отзывах о том, что в номерах шумновато из-за звуков с улицы. Да, шум есть, но после прогулок по Стамбулу, когда ты устал и хочешь спать, эти звуки вообще не мешают, да и нельзя сказать, что прям громко было.

Είμαστε πολύ ευχαριστημενοι
Pros:

Η σχέση τιμής και τι παρείχε, ήταν πολύ οικονομικό , το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο, το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο, μας είχαν και παντόφλες, μπουκαλάκια νερό κάθε μέρα , η τοποθεσία ένα βήμα από την Ιστικλάλ και το Pera palace hotel, καθώς και το μουσείο του Pera,εξυπηρετικοί άνθρωποι και το πρωινό αντάξιο της τιμής που πληρώσαμε. Χάσαμε στο δωμάτιο ένα προσωπικό αντικείμενο και την άλλη μέρα ενώ το βρήκε η υπηρεσία δωματίου ( θα μπορούσε άνετα να το κρατήσει) ωστόσο προς τιμή της μας το είχε αφήσει πάνω στο κομοδίνο, μπράβο.

Cons:

Ίσως οι πετσέτες να χρειάζονται μια αλλαγή.
